房間非常乾淨，在新疆住的民宿中感覺是最規範的。我們當天到的比較晚，店家還免費升級了房型。房間可以直接看到一點點雪山，早上拍到了絕美畫面！

位置非常好，就在夏塔景區門口，8月在酒店房間就能看到雪山，基本可以認為所有季節都能看到雪山！面向雪山的房間景觀非常不錯！超大落地窗！床品，衞生都不錯！服務也很好！門口就能停車！周邊吃飯的地方也很多！

酒店呂經理人很nice，酒店服務、環境、位置都好。那天特別無語，本來通過攜程預訂離景區比較近的凌山居，進去入住時居然説沒有房間了，説我預訂的同時最後一間房在線下被入住了，給我打電話沒有聯繫上，讓我取消訂單，態度很無禮和蠻橫。我很生氣但也沒有辦法。衹好去附近另外找住宿，於是找到旁邊的嘉恆民俗，裏面設施很新，配套齊全，環境挺好，正在準備入住，這時攜程打電話給我，説可以幫我另找住宿並補差價，於是就改訂了這家。這個過程中，嘉恆民俗，攜程好評，凌山居差評！
