環境很美，床挺大，就是熱水不夠一家四口洗熱水澡。洗完兩個人就沒熱水了！等好久好久才能繼續洗下一個。前台服務人員的服務意識也不夠熱情主動，感覺是主營餐館順帶辦下入住和退房而已！餐館很難吃，豬肉粉條的粉條都幹硬的能立起來了，人廚師還告訴我這菜本來就是這樣。哈哈哈

這是我們來新疆旅遊住的最差的酒店。早上9：43，早餐就沒有啥吃的了，早餐的種類極其少。叫了服務員及經理，就説沒有粥了，也沒有牛奶了。經過交涉，同意給煮點麪條。但是，等了半個小時，麪條卻交給其他客人了。再去交涉，説是沒有麪條了。真是奇葩。房間很小，熱水器衹夠一個人洗澡。後面的人得等。房間設施也非常簡陋，喝水衹給了紙杯。前台服務員一直在刷手機，對於客人的需求，像是沒看見似的，一副事不關己高高掛起的樣子。差評！

外部環境非常漂亮，房間內部的設施衹能説就是一般民宿的標準，房間插座很少，勝在人員服務還不錯，緊挨的鎮子上有一家早餐很不錯，八點就開門，品種非常豐富，味道也很好，尤其是無釩的油條很好吃
