Location great for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Will return definitely. Porter can be more helpful with luggages, especially I have elderly with me.

Hotel maintains an international five star standard, including the efficiency & friendliness of front office staff, cleaniness in room and restaurant standard. It would be even better if there are seats or lounge chairs in balcony for guests to enjoy the beautiful view. Hope the restaurant able to execute the reminder to all guests of NO SLIPPERS IN RESTAURANT, as unfortunately there are quite a few guests came to breakfast with hotel slippers during my 2 times breakfast at the Cafe. This is needed for an international hotel to achieve how to handle these kind of issues...

An old five-star hotel, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high. The location is excellent, in the core business district of Duanzhou District, next to Qixingyan, it is very convenient to take a walk after dinner and watch the light show. The surrounding facilities are complete, and the main meals for the three days were all arranged by Impression Hui across the street, which was clean and hygienic. The room is large enough and the facilities are not too old. The city view of the revolving restaurant on the top floor can add points, but the breakfast specifications are indeed slightly poor. In short, it is still the first choice when coming to Zhaoqing.

First impressions are very important and can determine a guest's experience. The friendly and helpful front desk personel (Echo Huang & Mr Wong) were attentive and ethusiatically answered our various queries. As we found out later, even the housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, accomodating our requests. The service attitude immediately made a very good start to our stay. Room was comfortable and luxurious as befitting a 5+ star hotel. Sound proofing was top notch. The room we stayed in has a balcony and outdoor onsen which gave an excellent view of the tranquil lake beyond. A fine mesh prevents any bugs from entering even the balcony. The view is akin to having the landscapes depicted in chinese paintings come to life! Will definitely stay here again.

The room is very big, the front desk sister Zhizhi is very nice👍, and can arrange it on the same floor with my relatives, thank you very much! The facilities are complete, clean and comfortable, the environment faces the mountains and the mountainside, the air is fresh, it is worth booking this hotel. This resort managed by the White Swan Group is the only truly ”pet-friendly” hotel I've ever encountered in China. From the moment you enter the resort gate, your dog can go to all areas, including the restaurant, the vegetable garden, etc., and you can even ride on a bamboo raft with your dog. It's really great. The resort has a large area, and there is a large lawn at the entrance. There are also many lawns near the restaurant where you can walk your dog. You can walk around and explore the bamboo forest behind the resort. It is currently completely pristine, and has not yet been developed or built into a formal walking path. The swimming pool is on the riverside, which is quite high-end, but it was not open when we went there. After it opens, it will be a year-round heated swimming pool. The rooms are all villa-style. As soon as you enter the door, you will see the living room and dining room, which are very large. To go to the guest room, you have to go out from the back door to the outside and then go into the room, which is a bit special. Going out from the back door is the hot spring and the backyard. The backyard is very large, and it is also very comfortable for dogs to run around there. You must soak in their pool. It is from mountain spring water, which is much better than hot spring water. Each room can go to the vegetable garden to get two kilograms of vegetables every night, and the big mustard greens are super delicious! Before leaving, they also gave them local sweet potatoes. For friends who come to Guangdong, especially those with furry children, this resort is definitely not to be missed.

Very good front desk staff to accommodate my late checkout and other requests, which are all dealt with timely and sincerely . Excellent value for money. 

I'm very glad to stay at The Radisson Hotel. I like the style of the hotel, fashion, strong sense of design. The service of the front desk is very good, especially GSM PeiPei, a very professional and thoughtful girl. Detailed introduction of the hotel's entertainment and dining, but also recommended nearby attractions and cuisine. Although the epidemic has affected the hotel's business, the hotel's service quality has not been affected at all. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends, come back. The room was upgraded, with windows and sunlight, not bad, clean and sanitary, with free fruit. There are tea sets for drinking tea. The transportation is convenient, and Zijing Road is right outside, which is very beautiful. You can take a walk in the evening and slow down the pace of life.
