Location great for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Will return definitely. Porter can be more helpful with luggages, especially I have elderly with me.

Hotel maintains an international five star standard, including the efficiency & friendliness of front office staff, cleaniness in room and restaurant standard. It would be even better if there are seats or lounge chairs in balcony for guests to enjoy the beautiful view. Hope the restaurant able to execute the reminder to all guests of NO SLIPPERS IN RESTAURANT, as unfortunately there are quite a few guests came to breakfast with hotel slippers during my 2 times breakfast at the Cafe. This is needed for an international hotel to achieve how to handle these kind of issues...

Our first night in China after a long journey from OZ. Arrived late in the evening and was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff who coped well with an English speaker. Room was excellent, comfortable beds, spacious, with a large and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious yumcha lunch in the revolving restaurant. It is located in the central area of Zhaoqing and it was an easy walk to the lake. Highly recommended

Hidden gem in Zhaoqing! A big shout out, and thanks to Emma, who upgraded us as it was my husband's birthday and the service provided was just up to the mark. She got the room decorated and also sent a small cake, how nice of her 😍 Loved the ambience, surrounding, services provided at the hotel. They had so nice water park, indoor pool, go karting. Also, there's boating, cycling, and jogging track in the surroundings. A perfect resort for family. I will surely come again with family and friends.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, lined with green trees, quiet and no noise. The room is large, luxuriously decorated and has an independent balcony. The service attitude of the front desk staff and catering staff is very good, cordial and enthusiastic. All in all, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

I went on several self-driving tours during the summer vacation, and this time was probably the most disappointing. When I found the push of this hotel on the homepage, I didn't think much about it (I didn't even read the bad reviews), and I immediately placed an order to book a room. After booking the room, the customer service took the initiative to contact me and sent me the address and everything. We arrived at around 3 pm that day. Due to the hot weather, we didn't visit much and went directly to the room to rest. The room is an independent villa. After entering, we found that there are two rooms. The customer service asked us which room we wanted to choose, and gave us the door card of that room. This type of apartment is a two-bedroom and one-living room. First of all, let's talk about the room type. I am a little puzzled by this design. The high-altitude hall has a very comfortable space and enough air conditioning; but the sofa is really not easy to sit on, and it also occupies a lot of fur. The TV is so thin and doesn't fit in with the whole hall. There is a dining table in the hall, and three large chairs are not easy to sit on and are not comfortable; it is really hard to understand the various supporting facilities, and it is difficult for people to relax and stay. The hot spring pool is right outside the lobby, but we didn't enjoy it because the experience wasn't very good and we didn't spend too much time studying it. You have to walk from the lobby to the room. I don't know who came up with this strange design. The key is that in such hot weather, it's easy to catch a cold with the hot and cold outdoors. It's even weirder if it rains heavily. You have to get wet in the rain to get to the room. It's amazing. The room is right outside the bed. The compact design is incomprehensible. In fact, this design doesn't make you feel safe. How can I describe it? Although I don't know whether it is a real white swan or a fake one, many details are not done well. The toilet in the bathroom is neurasthenic. When taking a shower, it suddenly opens and closes by itself, which is very scary. I don't know what brand it is. I have never seen it before. The shower equipment is good. The hot water temperature is not high enough and the water pressure is low (to be honest, the last time I went to a homestay on the top of the mountain, the water pressure was better than yours. I am speechless). I don't know what brand the shower is. It is very poor. The wash basin is even more unbranded. It is probably very cheap. There are spiders and big insect corpses in the room. It is super natural. But the loopholes in the room and the lobby are the reason why these small animals come in. I don't want to visit other facilities in the park. I have never felt like checking out so quickly. I hope the boss can do a good job in brand quality and do more promotion. It is better to do a good job in its own quality! The service is OK, and the bad reviews have nothing to do with the employees!

Very good front desk staff to accommodate my late checkout and other requests, which are all dealt with timely and sincerely . Excellent value for money. 

I'm very glad to stay at The Radisson Hotel. I like the style of the hotel, fashion, strong sense of design. The service of the front desk is very good, especially GSM PeiPei, a very professional and thoughtful girl. Detailed introduction of the hotel's entertainment and dining, but also recommended nearby attractions and cuisine. Although the epidemic has affected the hotel's business, the hotel's service quality has not been affected at all. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends, come back. The furnishings in the room are decorated with wood; as soon as you open the door and enter, you can smell the original smell. The design of the room is very exquisite and comfortable, and it feels like home. The only drawback is that the wooden platform in front of the TV screen is thin and difficult to place things on. The appearance of this hotel and its surrounding environment are very beautiful. As soon as you leave the hotel, you can walk on Xinghu 🚶♀ and feel the beauty of nature. The transportation is very convenient. The overall attitude of the staff is kind and willing to help passengers solve their problems. Next time I have the opportunity to travel to Zhaoqing, I will consider staying at this hotel again.
