The area was a bit run down. The room was spacious but basic. Aircon OK. Hot water OK. But the TV was down (I didn't like the projector). The front desk was a bit disorganized. But it's conveniently located, with good choice of eateries around.

The room facilities were extremely poor. There wasn't even a basic counter, wires were left hanging everywhere, and luggage and other items were placed on the floor. No basic towels were provided, and the room security chain was broken. In 20 or 30 years of staying in hotels, I've never seen such a bad room!
The pictures were taken at check-in; I left the hotel and couldn't take photos on site.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was bright and airy, the facilities were brand new and well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff was professional and attentive, offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. While breakfast wasn't included, the convenience of a convenience store and coffee shop just around the corner was incredibly convenient. For a stay of this quality at this price, it's an absolute steal! Highly recommended!
