位置環境不錯，但住的不舒服，性價比不高，應該不會推薦朋友來。
民宿一面臨馬路，另一面有停車場閘口，比較吵，窗簾遮不嚴會有多處漏光，睡眠時對噪音和光線敏感的朋友就不推薦了。床是實木床，偏硬，長者家可能會比較喜歡。另外房間沒有一次性的棉拖鞋，也沒有電視，設施比較普通。
優點是環境好，房間內可以看臨湖風景，另外民宿有個小院子，也提供一些簡餐輕食。

花築位置非常優越，就在星湖邊上。房間有小陽台，陽台邊上有一棵白蘭樹，在陽台上喝茶，白蘭花香縷縷飄來，抬望眼是椰樹平湖，真是太享受了！房間不大，但功能強大，床品乾淨乾爽，這在湖邊很難得！星湖邊上民宿眾多，此次入住經歷讓我覺得，住花築應是不二選擇，會推薦朋友和帶家人再來！

安靜的湖邊小院。離市中心和七星巖景區都在3公里之內。小院裏可以泡茶喝啤酒，吹吹風。很舒適的民宿，一如肇慶這座城市的氣質。
