房卡無法滴開房間門，電話過去前台，用了差不多半小時，打了好幾個電話去催才送過來，而且蚊子超多，等待的時候由於沒房間進，在外頭一直被蚊子咬，滿腿都是！

帶小孩住了一晚。總體不錯。
環境一流，有山有水，空氣很好。住的是竹林小居，獨棟，門口有魚塘，很多鳥。竹林小居就在動物園裡麪，好處是隨時可以看動物。缺點是車開不進來，要走一段路。有接駁車坐，但有時要等一下。
早餐可以，水上樂園需要買票，泳道就不用了。
動物園表演很精彩，建議帶小孩可以按時間點看。

住的是竹林小居獨棟房型，有獨立小院子，有室外浴缸，乾淨整潔，被竹林包圍負離子爆棚；出門即到景區，超方便。小孩還能親手喂小動物，擼貓，玩水上樂園，親子游好去處！

環境舒適，超出預期！湖邊別墅，適合一家大小來放假休閑放鬆，我的孩子很喜歡來擼貓！地方很大。衹是動物小了點，希望以後能增加多點動物和設施。大城市人來玩，總體來説是滿意的。
