酒店服務員服務態度很好，在鼎湖山售票處對面，門口就是特產街，吃早餐夜宵買特產都很方便，酒店樓下就是停車場，住宿可以免費停車到第二天逛完景區出來，這個很方便。就是酒店房間裝修比較懷舊，行政雙床房就是比標準雙床房在門口多了一個小房間和一個小陽台，但一層樓衹有一間，聚會訂兩間同樣的房間被分到兩棟別墅的不同樓層，這點不太方便，其他都還好
