房屋建築已經多年，設施確實比較古樸，但整體環境比較安靜，在湖邊景色也還可以，看着湖景吃個早茶能放鬆一上午。

房間還算乾淨，但設施很舊，電梯都沒有，我要的湖景房，湖邊有燒烤出租，好在我住那晚沒人去燒烤，不然又煙又吵，空調很吵，改換新了。

房間不錯，衞生好，沒有異味，在七星巖景區後門，肇慶火車站出站左手邊過馬路順着湖邊騎車10分鐘，走路半小時多。

設施確實老了，80-90年代國營老招待所即視感，床頭都沒有插頭，地毯會散發黴味，但是房間衞生還是不錯的，以上都是不足，接下來是優先：星湖C位，賓館院內植被茂盛，距離七星巖西門步行五分鐘即可，夜遊七星巖別有風味，關鍵是性價比高，要啥自行車！關於服務，吐槽一下人氣很旺的湖景餐廳，餐廳寫了三項五一優惠，沒有註明互斥，結果一個經理或是主管的工作人員先是答應送宣傳的點心，結果過了一會兒説我們享受了住房用餐折扣，不能享受宣傳贈送的點心，很影響心情，懶得跟他理論，小家子氣。總之，硬件跟不上時代了，甚至有點破落，但位置真的沒話説，服務感覺比較死板。
