這家酒店白班服務員素質太差了，晚班相對好點，最氣人的是第二天早上離店的時候，電梯居然用不了，也沒有指示標識，樓梯很陡我女兒下來的時候摔了一跤，找前台説不關他們的事，是電梯公司自己過來保養，試問一下你們信嗎？你酒店不同意他們能進唱？，這是我住過服務最差的酒店。
