三人間612房一個字臭，廁所下水道氣味非常難聞，和前台説換房不成，叫來搞衞生阿姨來弄了二次用東西堵排水口，最後清洗一遍，氣味才沒有那麼濃，還是一夜陣陣臭氣飄來。

入住他家不下十次八次了，這一次最差，吵的不得了，晚上半夜一點多，其他房間的説話聲很大，拉動傢俱乒乒砰砰，走動聲，搞的一直不能入睡，隔音太差了。

酒店房間衞生、乾淨，最主要是交通方便，步行10多分鐘可到鼎湖山山上路，吃飯方便，旁邊就有吃飯的地方

房間大，寬敞。服務不錯，設施比較舊。在旁邊的榮華酒家喝茶可以打九五折。喝完早茶步行五分鐘到鼎湖山景區大門。
