平時不太喜歡評價，但碰到服務好，有特色的話，一般會留下評價供大家參考。這家民宿在我住過的民宿裏面不算最好，但在古鎮裏應該算是絕對一流的，價格應該也非常公道，請放心選擇。
酒店是一棟古宅，老闆裝修非常用心，在保持古宅古樸風格的前提下，儘量提供豐富的設施和體驗。
看了介紹得知，古宅原主人是黃姚古鎮名門望族，因此也是古鎮上數一數二的豪宅，不僅有特色，有顏值，更有好風水，放心入住體驗。
老闆母女兩人，用心經營，將遊客當做朋友，下午還準備了特色紅茶和柚子陪我們聊天，非常友好，服務也很用心，滿分推薦。

黃姚再商業化也好，為了這聖旨府和油亮亮的石板路我也會再去一次的。
老闆們活成我感覺衹有書畫電影裏面才有的樣子，按照自己的審美，細緻周到地雕琢這座宅子，處處設施，裝飾，你可能不能注意到的細節，都稱得上盡善盡美。
為了避免看起來像廣告，我來挑個骨頭，因為位置原因，如果住最後面的話，露台上喝茶的客人聊天的內容你可能會不小心聽個七七八八（我也是因為這個才發現這個寶藏露台的）
對睡眠質量有要求的話，可以注意一下。

三進院子打造得很用心，後院走上三層後山的視野很好。我們到時是雨天，煙雨濛濛有江南的味道，要是晴日，風景想來會更好。經營的老闆是對母女，媽媽很有氣質，女兒温柔耐心。
預訂後溝通順利，接引到學校停車場，住店客人停車20/天，有保安師傅看着，比停在路邊安全些。從停車位置到古鎮裏的店家，大概5-10分鐘的路程，來回行李可以麻煩店家小車託運下。
假期房間緊張，定到裏側靠山的一樓雙人間，房間不大，淋浴間和衞生間空間可容納1人，雖小但很乾凈。靠山氣温低，一層房門稍有透光略冷，儘管空調是很足的，熱水也很大。
店家是寵物友好，但到店後特意提醒，希望寵物不上床，表示掉毛難清理，且也幫其他住店客人提出 希望狗狗不叫喚（儘管春節裏煙花爆竹聲響很大），都可以理解。
入住後有送來柚子和山泉水，感謝。

幾百年古宅，古色古香，老闆服務貼心周到，孩子長者都喜歡。房間很寬敞，露台日落很美很美。再去黃姚古鎮，還會選擇這家。
