湛江的老街好有年代感，一家人出遊常住這裏。但是酒店🏨裝修後第一次居住，居住環境尚可，餐食尚可，服務就一般般了，價格高了好多哦。

酒店的對面是工地、隔壁是批發市場，酒店房間是舊房翻新，隔音非常差，睡覺十分吵，被外面及隔壁吵醒幾次。
酒店的衞生間洗澡水量小，熱水温度低，調到最熱也衹是温温的。
在辦入住時酒店每間房押了三百元，退房時我們説等待查房後退按金，酒店前台説不用等查房，按金會馬上原路返回。但是我們開車離開二十分鐘後，已經上高速了，告知我們説房間裏有一個防毒面具的外包裝被打開了，因此不能退按金，要等兩個小時後經理上班後再定奪是否退我們按金。我們反覆強調根本沒有見過什麼防毒面具，都不知道長什麼樣、放在什麼地方，而且我們兩個房間都是成人入住，根本不會手欠去拆什麼東西。但是酒店來電的工作人員仍不肯退按金。我們後來妥協，問能不能先退一間房的房費，另外一間再等酒店經理回覆，畢竟有問題的是一間房，但是也被拒絕，堅持扣着兩間房的按金共六百元都不退。
我們沒辦法，衹能從高速上找出口，返回酒店處理。酒店房費一間二百多，扣着我們六百的按金。在返回過程中我們求助了攜程，在攜程的幫助下，才拿回了按金。
金海酒店請你們以後在客人未離開時查房，別弄這種噁心事，我們趕時間去碼頭坐船，為了你們的失誤差點誤了船！
