房間乾淨，性價比很高，暑期來玩是個好選擇，老闆也比較熱情，服務也好，回覆及時，白天太熱就在房間裏看電視，不那麼熱了再出門。離古城很近，我租個電動車哪裡都能去，2天吃了8頓，暈碳中

趕時間沒看清貪便宜選了這家，沒有前台，在小區裏面，有電梯，沒有停車位，付費停在對面停車場，全程微信電話溝通，門鎖是密碼鎖，店家發來碼，用手機掃碼開鎖，床鋪沙發地板乾淨，廁所設備殘舊，冰箱臭，洗衣機臟吵，外面過道偶爾人走過關門吵。

在古城旁，很方便。小區的房改成出租，有一定的樓齡，要求不高的可以接受。裏面有投影，洗衣機，有個小冰箱。兩套房都有點不同。入住感覺要求還是比較嚴，要在安和居自助登記入住。

性價比超高的民宿，在漳州玩一天得到了老闆熱情的接待。民宿衞生不錯，特別是床上布草，很乾凈，床也夠大，超級舒服。廁所也可以，提前套好了新的一次性馬桶墊，這樣就不擔心了。
Ps:建議老闆入住時跟客人交代一句（馬桶墊是新換的），不然客人會擔心是不是上一個客人用過。另外要是再提供棉拖就更好了！

雖然地點不錯，但是價格還是太高了。 衞生沒有做到位，拖鞋有皂垢。 房東對設施的安全意識不夠。浴室的門上也都是皂垢。

第一次來漳州，沒想到訂的民宿很贊，在一個環境很好的小區，套一的房子，還有陽台可以洗晾衣服，關鍵冰箱洗衣機都有，真的很驚喜，像個小家一樣。而且就在古城邊上，特別方便，房東也很好，特別熱情，讓我對漳州的好感度拉滿，一路上遇到的漳州人都很友好，真是令人難忘的一段旅行。

3.採光通風空調都很棒！
4.唯一缺點，本人住的房間，洗衣機排水管惡臭及廁所管道間氣味，會逆出來。
5.剛好wify故障，告知後，隔天房東馬上修好了！
