The room was nice and the bed was spacious. The hotel's service staff is very enthusiastic at the front desk, especially Xiao Li, Xiao Yang, Xiao Zu, and Xiao Wang. They will listen to the guests' needs patiently and answer their questions. Their tone of voice is also very gentle.

Facilities: The room is spacious and warm, and there is a small balcony to see the snow-capped mountains. The hotel itself is not big, but it is connected to the Intercontinental next door. The facilities seem to be universal. Breakfast is also eaten at the Intercontinental, which is very rich! The only drawback is that the toilet is not smart and cannot be heated. Hygiene: The hotel is very clean both in the public area and in the room. The king-size bed room we booked has three separate washing, bathing and toilets. This is my favorite dry and wet separation method, which is very convenient to use. Service: All staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk will greet you warmly, and the doorman will take the initiative to open the door and guide. Especially the dog at the front desk, who has to open on holidays, with a face full of grievances, but it’s so cute!

I came to Chongli for a week. On the first night, I stayed in a five-star hotel in a ski resort where you can ski in and out. The room was too dry and the hardware was too old. I decisively changed to the new InterContinental Hotel on the second day. From the basement to the lobby, to the room, to the restaurant, to every corner, I felt at home from the hardware to the service. If you drive to ski and have high requirements for accommodation quality, InterContinental is the best choice. The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and has many varieties. The executive lounge has afternoon tea and Chinese food for dinner. The facilities are complete. The floor heating temperature in the room is ideal, and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner, which solves the problem of dryness. The two front desk staff, Xuefeng and Liu Jie, warmly received me and helped me arrange the luggage. Since I booked the room only when I arrived at the store, they also helped me compare the preferential prices on various platforms and booked the room for me. Thank you very much! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

The room is European and American style, very warm, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient for ski enthusiasts. It's great. The hotel front desk Xiao Wang is warm and friendly, and our problems are handled in a timely manner. Thank her very much. The hot spring on the 4th floor of the hotel is also good and worth staying.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me many surprises. Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.

I brought my family here during the Spring Festival. It is very close to Taiwu Ski Resort and Taiwu Resort Town. It only takes a few minutes to drive there. Compared with the resort hotels in Taiwu, this one is very cost-effective, with favorable prices, new facilities and comfortable rooms. After all, it is the reception hotel for the Winter Olympics. The guy also upgraded the room for free and gave us breakfast. The breakfast was rich and varied. You can see the night view of the lights of Xue Ruyi from the balcony in the room. It was definitely the right choice! It was the first time for our family to go out in the Year of the Snake to end the holiday. We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies).
