We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

I thought it would be prosperous if it was close to the city hall. Who knew that the city government was moved here later. It is a bit far from the bustling area of ​​the city center, but the hotel is quite good and clean.

Once again, I stayed at the Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. I felt that the service was as good as ever. The waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room. We asked for buckwheat skin pillows alone. The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is good Facilities: Very good, shower water is large. The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective. In the future, I will continue to choose Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel.

剛進門就有服務人員過來幫忙提行李，還幫我開車門，熱情的我都有點不好意思了，房間挺好，還是智能的，主要是我出去以後還給我洗衣服。早晨還有奶茶，羊雜湯啥的，都是內蒙古的特色，沒想到還有健身器材。張家口唯一一家值得推薦的酒店🏨。

The balcony view is good, the bedding is comfortable, but I personally feel that the mattress is hard. The lighting configuration takes into account both lighting and night lights; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, so they do not disturb each other; the wife is relatively fast. The hotel lobby has a good fragrance. Hygiene: The hotel lobby, guest rooms, corridors, and buffet breakfast restaurants are clean and hygienic. It’s just that the toilet in the guest room 🚽 occasionally has a bit of an offensive smell. Service: The lobby, guest rooms, and buffet restaurant services are generally good. Welcome fruit is given upon check-in. Buffet breakfast: A combination of Chinese and Western food, it tastes good.

The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.
