Hotels in Chongli Downtown, Zhangjiakou

Came to Chongli to ski, chose the stay and ski package, overall it was quite convenient, but you can't ski in and out of the hotel... The management is a bit messy, stayed for two days, went to the front desk three times to ask, but still couldn't open the door the next day... I was quite angry as I was exhausted after skiing It was clean, other staff were quite good... went to other floors to find friends, couldn't swipe the elevator, took the initiative to help swipe the card, quite enthusiastic and heartwarming

The hotel is in a great location, with the ski resort and ski equipment hall right outside, and the buildings are also indoors for walking. This is very suitable for skiing in Fulong, and it is the most suitable choice. We paid extra on the spot to upgrade to a snow view room, which faces the ski resort directly, is very close and convenient, the hotel room facilities are also good, and the cleaning is very active. I will choose this place again next time I come to Fulong. There is an ice field and penguin park behind the hotel.

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me. The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy. Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach. Breakfast has lots of options.

The room is very spacious, and the community environment is also good. Parking is free. The interior is relatively clean and quiet. It is very close to the main city. There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

The hotel is very good, close to 5 star standard. Therefore, the service level and attitude of the staff are very good and professional. In particular, the restaurant manager Xiaomin deserves special praise. She was very enthusiastic in helping to heat up meals, bringing food to the children, and taking good care of the guests, which was very impressive.

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

The newly opened hotel is particularly clean, parking is very convenient, and there is a supermarket pharmacy next to it. Home appliances are intelligent, and voice control can be directly controlled when lying on the bed. The service of the guy who guides us is also very good. The distance from Genting Fulong is within the acceptable range. I will lock your home for skiing in the future!

The hotel room is bigger than Fulong's and very clean. The front desk gave me the direction to look out over the ski slopes. The ski equipment hall is downstairs, which is very convenient for skiing. It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.
