The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

I would like to remind you that this hotel is a so-called five-diamond hotel by Ctrip, not a five-star hotel, and does not provide five-star services. Although I called them to confirm, they said they were of five-star standard. But it is not. Five-star hotels provide free use of gyms and swimming pools. But they charge for it. Secondly, their breakfast is very poor. There are three waiters in the huge breakfast room, and even the chef cannot be seen. The cold dishes are not fresh. I have pictures. I spent the money of a five-star hotel, but in the end I consumed the services of a fast hotel. Ctrip is playing a side ball again, and the hotel is playing a side ball again. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

Five-star hotel, location is OK, there is a shopping center nearby, eating and shopping is more convenient. The service staff is very good, check-in and check-out are very fast. The room is large in size, the lighting is good, the bed is very comfortable, and the night sleep is very quiet. The cable TV is very clear. The bathroom provides diatom mud for free to toiletries, and the towels are soft and clean. The disadvantage is that the shower head is not easy to use, and the position and water outlet mode cannot be adjusted, and it is inconvenient to use. Better change the nozzle and bracket. Breakfast is OK, egg tarts, chips, noodles, milk tea, tofu brain, etc., tastes good. The downside is that the supply is not timely, there is no small cake after 8 o'clock, and the fruit plate of watermelon is empty for a long time. The other hot dishes are all vegetarian. The hotel shares the parking lot with the surrounding merchants. The parking spaces were a bit tight during the eleventh period and there were random parking. We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel's hardware facilities and environmental sanitation are quite satisfactory and in line with the Lavande Hotel brand. However, the front desk staff needs to improve their service quality. I was surprised that the front desk staff was rude to guests when they inquired.

The sound insulation of the house is not good, you can hear people talking in the corridor. The temperature of the faucet in the bathroom shower cannot be adjusted. Either the water temperature is extremely high and the water flow is large, or the cold water flow is small. I reported the problem to the front desk, and the front desk said it could only be adjusted slowly. It seemed that it was an installation problem, and I couldn't take a shower at all.

The facilities are OK, there is a supermarket downstairs, but the TV is not good, and the WeChat customer service communication, half of the communication will not be ignored, the network in the house is particularly slow
