Zhangjiakou Chongli District Hotels

The hotel is relatively new, with good facilities and decorations. The service is superb! Because of the problem of bed size, I wanted to change to a room of the same price. The store owner was very patient to take me to see the room first and then adjust it. The front desk and service staff communicated with the attitude of helping to solve the problem, and their attitude was also very good. It is a good choice to come to Chongli. In addition, the breakfast is delicious.

Big thanks to Eva for upgrading us to a suite; she was incredibly warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and helped me find a buckwheat pillow. It's really cool up here in the mountains, about ten degrees cooler than Beijing, making it perfect for a summer escape from the heat. There's a shuttle bus service to the high-speed rail station and the forest park, though we didn't catch it. Taxis are also very convenient, so if you prefer more flexibility, you can easily just take one. Breakfast was good, and dinner featured Southeast Asian cuisine, along with some sashimi – pretty standard fare for a Crowne Plaza. The balcony was nice, but there were a lot of bugs due to being in the mountains. I imagine it would be better in winter. There are a few restaurants within the resort, though dining options are a bit limited. We ate out one day and at the hotel the other, and both were decent. There's also a small convenience store where you can pick up some drinks and alcohol. There's a library at the top of the mountain, accessible by the resort's cable car, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The forest park is great for hiking; it's not too hot and the sunshine is lovely. You can also drive up to the summit for photos, where the scenery is beautiful with lots of trees – truly a natural oxygen bar. We'll definitely come back here for our next vacation!

The hotel is nestled in a valley, surrounded by lush greenery, offering distant views of Taiwu. Its design is very distinctive, particularly the logo. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and feature bunk beds, allowing children to sleep independently, which is a very thoughtful and family-friendly touch. As it's relatively new, the facilities are excellent, and the surrounding area offers a good range of amenities and shops. The only minor issues were during the peak summer season: the restaurant struggled with the sheer number of guests, and due to staffing limitations, room cleanliness was just average. I hope they can address these areas for improvement. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return.

This stay at InterContinental Chongli began the moment I stepped into the lobby, where I was immediately struck by the unique blend of mountainous grandeur and refined quality. Upon check-in, the warm welcome from the front desk staff immediately melted away our travel fatigue. Learning we were ski enthusiasts, they not only swiftly processed our registration but also proactively informed us about the hotel's ski equipment storage, drying service, and shuttle bus schedules to nearby ski resorts. These thoughtful details truly enhanced our positive impression. Our mountain-view king room, situated on a high floor, offered breathtaking panoramic views of the distant, snow-capped peaks the moment we opened the balcony door. The sunlight shimmered on the snow, creating a picture-perfect winter scene. Inside, the furnishings were both stylish and practical. Warm lighting paired with plush bedding made the room incredibly cozy, a welcome retreat from the cold. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a wide variety of drinks and snacks, and there were even local specialty treats on the coffee table, all reflecting the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's buffet restaurant was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was incredibly comprehensive, ranging from freshly prepared pancakes and noodles to Western options like bread and bacon, alongside fresh fruits and yogurt – truly something for every palate. Dinner was even more impressive, featuring not only local specialty stews and roasted meats but also exquisite seafood and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors authentic. The restaurant itself was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the snowy landscape, making dinner feel like a magical experience in a fairytale setting. The hotel's amenities are equally commendable. The gym was well-equipped and meticulously maintained, with windows offering beautiful snow views during workouts, making exercise a truly pleasant experience. The SPA center provided professional services, and after a massage, all fatigue simply melted away. For families with children, the kids' play area was an especially thoughtful addition, allowing children to play freely while parents enjoyed a moment of peace. What truly stood out, however, was the hotel's exceptional service. Every staff member, from room service to those in public areas, was consistently smiling and enthusiastic, promptly addressing and resolving any request. On one particular occasion, after returning from skiing, we discovered some damage to our equipment. The staff immediately assisted us in arranging repairs and thoughtfully provided spare gear, ensuring we didn't miss out on skiing the next day. In conclusion, my stay at InterContinental Chongli was nothing short of perfect. It offers not only a prime location and comfortable accommodations but also incredibly thoughtful service and a wealth of amenities. Here, you can fully enjoy the thrill of skiing while experiencing the warmth and comfort of a home away from home. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice for accommodation on my next visit to Chongli.

The room I booked temporarily was actually pretty good. The room looked clean, spacious, and convenient for travel. Maybe the room is spacious and the heating is not that sufficient, but it's okay and I don't feel stuffy. Breakfast is eaten in a glass room opposite, which is relatively simple.

The hotel offers a very convenient pick-up service from Taizicheng High-Speed Train Station; their exclusive shuttle bus is easy to spot right outside. Both check-in and check-out involved queuing, and I dread to think what it's like during the peak ski season. Each room is very spacious, and the hotel is generally quite clean and tidy. However, on my first night, I slept on the sofa bed and woke up with red rashes all over my legs. After I informed the staff, they promptly addressed the issue. Back home, I suspected it was likely dust mites, as flea bites would probably have covered my entire body. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Taiwu and enjoying all its offerings. The breakfast was definitely the highlight; there was a wide variety of options, and it was particularly delicious. Later, I also stayed two nights at Cuiyunshan, where the rooms were also very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, it offered fewer recreational activities compared to Taiwu.

Came here to ski. Went here because Nanshanli had good reviews. The price was high in the summer, but it was low in the winter. It was unexpected. It was just as the reviews said. The stay was very comfortable. The floor heating was very warm. The room was clean and had no odor. The bed was also very comfortable. The ski slope was right outside. I could come back to rest at noon. It was very convenient. When I checked in, the receptionist gave us a fruit plate and a small gift. I forgot to bring my ID card. The lady patiently guided me on what to do. Thank you very much. She is beautiful and kind. Her name should be Li Wenjing. I will stay in Nanshanli next time.

My experience at the Thaiwoo Hotel in Chongli Thaiwoo Town far exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, standard rooms were fully booked, so the hotel kindly upgraded us directly to a suite – a thoughtful and delightful surprise. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, and the balcony was a true highlight. Stepping out, you're greeted with continuous mountain views and charming town scenery. Sitting there in the morning, enjoying the refreshing breeze, was so relaxing I hardly wanted to move. The town's climate was incredibly pleasant; there was even a refreshing coolness in the air when we first arrived. Compared to the stifling heat of the city, it felt like a natural oxygen bar. The amenities in the area are excellent, with a wide variety of dining options ranging from local cuisine to casual eateries, and the service everywhere was spot on. For activities, hiking, cycling, or simply strolling around the town are all delightful, so you don't need to venture far to have a great time. Overall, the hotel's service was consistently top-notch. Their flexible handling of our room upgrade really made a great impression. Both the comfort of the accommodation and the convenience of the surroundings were virtually faultless. Next time I visit Thaiwoo Town, I'll definitely stay here again. It's truly rare to find a place that perfectly balances beautiful scenery, ideal temperatures, and outstanding service.

The hotel environment is excellent. It is located in Cuiyun Mountain Resort. The lake view room has a balcony and the scenery is pleasant. It is close to the high-speed rail station and there is a shuttle bus to the hotel. Because I left on a night train, the front desk seven li provided considerate service to extend the check-out time to 4 o'clock. Thank you. The breakfast is average

Facilities: The room is great. We booked a duplex on the second floor. All the requirements were met. The room is large and very suitable for family travel, but the wifi is not very good. Hygiene: Very clean and satisfactory, but the waiting time was too long when checking in. It is relatively cold in this season. There is no place to stay with the elderly and children, which slightly detracts from the score. Environment: Good Service: The service staff are very good.
