The room was good except that it was a little far away (Building 15) and not so convenient for bringing children. The front desk was very friendly and gave 2 door cards + 1 power card when checking in. The check-in procedure was very smooth. Check-out was also very convenient and efficient! The aunties in the housekeeping department were also very nice. I would especially like to thank Mr. Xu from the concierge department for helping me solve the shuttle bus and luggage issues. I will go again next time, because it would be better if I could arrange a closer building with 2 children. Recommended!

在富龍對面，房間設施還可以。一開始入住是有一點小插曲（預訂時定了3張床的套房，入住時被告知衹有2張大床的套房），不過在一個比較nice的工作人員協調下順利入住（前台態度都比較冷漠，講話要重複兩三遍，早晚去的兩個櫃枱都是一樣的態度，可能是人太多。） 酒店有專門的車子可以在室內幫忙把行李運到自己的樓號，這點還挺方便的。

基本上每次來富龍都會選擇煥活，無他，距離雪場最近。富龍嚴格上沒有滑進滑出，煥活距離雪場一條馬路距離，但要走酒店大堂再穿過去。酒店是沒有服務的，平均2-3個電話才能響應。酒店衞生打掃也不好，有些房間有洗衣機，不是所有房間都有。春節期間購買套餐被坑，三天兩晚平日套餐是一天2張雪票，春節期間房源緊俏，大幅加價不説，居然玩起了文字遊戲，三天兩晚一共2張雪票，同住人乾瞪眼衹能買單日700的全價票。如果你認為我是沒看清套餐內容，但這個套餐我囤了很多，非節假日也買過，這就是乘着春節期間坐地起價，平日使用是一天能取出來兩張票的，酒店取票的工作人員都説我被坑了🙃
