列車停運我們臨時轉住富龍煥活，因為沒有提前細緻的攻略，到了那多少有點兜兜轉轉。前台辦理入住出來些插曲，第一遍開房間給我們開錯了房型！我們又折返回辦理的地方重新處理再拎着行李折騰到了新的房間！辦理入住時可以選擇感覺邏輯清晰、工作幹練的人員辦理，這樣效率會高一些！
除了這個整體入住感覺還是不錯的 ，房間乾淨整潔、窗外風景也很好~其餘工作人員都很温和有禮，尤其是接駁車周司機，我們早上退房時間較早，周師傅接上我們告訴我們餐廳的區別、主動幫我們寄存行李，得知我們要打車去高鐵站告訴我們有接駁車還把時刻表讓我拍下來。但是還有6分鐘接駁車就出發了準備放棄了！周師傅讓我們 趕緊上他的接駁車給我們送到門口，讓我們順利的坐上了接駁車。出行在陌生人的善意給這次度假畫上了一個完美的句號。

和家人一起來崇禮避暑，帶着長者和孩子，提前聯繫了客服“小胡女士”，特別熱情周到的幫忙協調房間，趕上長者生日，還貼心的贈送了生日蛋糕！酒店乾淨整潔，有大陽台，下面就是白熊之家，孩子玩的很方便！下次還會來！

這是歷史以來給的第一個差評、也是第一次這麼認真寫評價、酒店地理位置很好、所以沒有服務、衞生一塌糊塗、人家根本不在乎、房間清潔衞生外包前台説不關他們事、搞衞生阿姨拖布拖完陽台拖房間、陽台估計近幾個月我是唯一要求拖的客人、有多臟可想而之、跟前台反應後得到答覆是那不關我的事你去跟他們説、餐廳到服務員都是一副愛來不來的表情

“這次住酒店真的被小於服務員圈粉了！辦理入住時他特別耐心，主動提醒我們附近的停車和早餐時間，還幫我們把行李送到房間。晚上想借個充電器，他很快就送來了，臨走前還特意問有沒有其他需要幫忙的。全程態度特別好，笑容也很親切，感覺像朋友一樣舒服～酒店環境本身也不錯，但因為有小於這樣的服務，體驗感直接拉滿，下次來還住這兒！”
