優點：
1.新中式裝修很顯檔次，智能化程度也不錯。
2.服務很人性化，工作人員很有同理心，能夠站在住客角度想問題，及時解決。
端午假期正門沒有門僮，停車也沒人引導。住店客人游泳需付費，雖然價格不高，但總讓人感覺有點彆扭。衹能説還有提高的空間吧

床和被子非常的舒適，因入住都後半夜了，一覺醒來八點多，身體得到了充分的恢復。早餐也很好，雖然五一假期人有點多，但並沒出現排隊的情況，性價比非常高，五星好評！

房間寬敞，有浴缸+淋浴好評！
儲物空間足，除了衣櫃屋裡還有掛衣服的地方這點非常好，第一天到店正趕上下雨，這樣潮乎乎的衣服不用放衣櫃裏面悶着，幫大忙了！
房間給的一次性拖鞋屬於相對厚實的，這點非常滿意，很多酒店的拖鞋太薄了，沒法穿。
客房放了足夠的瓶裝水，電梯間還有可以自取的，真的非常方便，對於喝水大户來説相當友好，可以自取就不用麻煩客房服務送過來，適合i人~出門也能隨手拿一瓶補充水分。
住了兩晚，感覺很安靜，可以睡個好覺。
每天客房管家會送酸奶和銀耳羹，有問題打前台電話會第一時間解決，服務真的很好！
嘗試了客房點餐，牛肉麪很好吃，所以第二天又點了，哈哈！
早餐體感欠佳，節假日人很多但座位少，都是大餐桌，沒有小桌子，大家衹能都擠在一起吃，翻枱比較慢，想早出門的時候可能需要等位~
總體非常滿意，超預期了，下次來張家口還會入住！

提醒大家，這家酒店是攜程所謂的五鑽酒店，不是五星酒店，不提供五星級的服務，雖然打電話給他們確認，他們自己説自己是五星級標準。但是並不是，五星級酒店會提供健身房和游泳池的免費使用。但是他們家是收費的。其次，他們家早餐很差，偌大的早餐廳裏三個服務員，連廚師都看不到，涼菜不新鮮，我有圖片，花了五星級酒店的錢，最後卻是消費了個快捷酒店的服務。攜程再打插邊球，酒店再打插邊球。就是忽悠消費者，出了問題不解決。找理由搪塞。

設施：五星級酒店該有的都有，維護的也都不錯，屋內隔音很好，但與屋外的隔音很差，樓道里説話聽的一清二楚，電梯到達樓層的聲音都能聽的非常清晰，嚴重影響睡眠。
衞生：非常差，床腳下有前面客人遺留的瓜子皮、拖鞋、髮卡等雜物，如圖，另外便池有明顯黃色污漬實在令人噁心，坐墊有明顯的污漬和煙頭燙的痕跡，也沒有換。
環境：尚可，周邊商業也很方便
服務：非常差。前台工作人員態度差，辦理入住過程全程黑臉，入住後問前台要小童的洗漱用品，回答“送完了”，在一個非休息日且當天都能訂到房空住率非常高的情況下，居然能把洗漱用品送完。大堂吧和甜品店居然十點才開門，開門後大堂吧工作人員也是極其不耐煩，甜品店更是以要去樓上拿甜品為名十點半才開始營業。作為一個攜程評級“五鑽”的酒店，服務做成這樣也是沒誰了。
