非常差，態度惡劣，強硬。酒店有兩棟樓沒有電梯協商要付差價升級，被拒絕還推卸責任説攜程如果升級了就不給房費，要求我們退了攜程的訂單重新下單。第一次下單不收按金，第二次下單收取高額的按金。協商請求協助搬運行李也被拒絕，請大家謹慎選擇請平台核實。

特意選擇的B棟，因為不喜歡地毯房，B棟是按照快捷酒店的輕奢風格來裝修的，就是沒有電梯，早到的優先一層，進出方便，宣化賓館真是如大家説的位置極佳，對面就是教堂和博物館，走五分鐘就到朝陽樓，得月樓也是不錯，對了賓館的停車場很大，絕對算得上宣化性價比最高的酒店了
