Genting Grand Hotel

房間設施部分老舊，但服務比較人性化，比如前台馬利嬌小姐姐及時詢問住店體驗，讓我們得以備受重視，酒店房型非常滿意

I chose Genting for the last skiing season of 2025. I stayed at Genting Hotel, which was a particularly wise choice. The first floor of the hotel is the parking lot and lobby, the second floor is the ski hall, the third floor is the restaurant and the entrance to the ski resort, and the fifth floor has a swimming pool and gym. I stayed in a snow view room on the eighth floor, directly looking at the ski slope and the No. 1 cable car. The check-in experience was particularly good, the hotel service was also very good, and the check-in and check-out speed was very fast. Breakfast was on the third floor. There were not many varieties but the quality was guaranteed. There were freshly cooked noodles and wontons, which were very good! It is so convenient to come skiing! I will choose this place to start skiing next ski season!

很不錯的體驗，客房衞生乾淨，服務人員態度好，設備齊全，每次要個東西客房人員及時送到，每個客房服務員看上去都很開心，關鍵是服務熱情，走的時候東西多，服務人員還幫忙送，下次再來。

The hotel service is very good, the room is very comfortable, especially Wang Li at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped me solve the problems during my stay. It is a very good choice to bring children here. I hope Genting will get better and better.

每年雪季都會入住的酒店，前台和客房的服務都很好，尤其是客房衞生和服務都很好，做房時發現房間我有感冒葯特意給送了薑湯水，非常的感謝！
