房間挺好的，非常乾淨，房間也很大
酒店就在景區旁邊，出門就是樺樹林
雪很大，踩下去直接到膝蓋部位
在北京看夠了人工造雪後，這邊的雪真是漂亮極了
服務也很好，如果説不足之處
那就是早餐要是再豐富點就好了

酒店比較偏僻，安靜一點，但周邊要出去滑雪遊玩還是比較遠的。旁邊的長城滑雪場説不對客人開放衹對國家運動員開放。服務很一般，主要是感受不到熱情，有點冷冰冰。早餐比較簡單，簡單倒不是什麼問題，有點讓人難以接受的是，在臨近收餐的時候，工作人員也會在餐廳一起用早餐，有個大叔用自己的筷子，在涼菜區（榨菜）夾了菜就直接往自己嘴巴里塞……我對工作人員在餐廳一起用餐沒有意見我能理解，但對於這是對客的用餐區就不能講點公共衞生嗎？那是你自己吃過的筷子啊，還讓客人看到你夾了直接往嘴裏塞，這太令人難以接受了。希望酒店要注意，提高服務標準和要求，尤其是衞生標準。

性價比算高，就是偏了點。
酒店樓下就是森林景區，孩子可以盡情遊玩。
房間隔音很差，晚上有幾個熊孩子吵得睡不着覺。
