The hotel is so beautiful and suitable for vacation. It is located inside the Cuiyun Mountain Forest Scenic Area. Please note that it is inside! It was so beautiful to stand by the window and look at the forest. It snowed on the day we left. It was so beautiful, the rime landscape. The service was very good. They upgraded our room with floor heating. They were worried that we would be cold and added extra heating. Breakfast was very rich. You can eat hot pot here, you can contact the front desk of the hotel. It’s a great place to rest here in winter and enjoy the snowy scenery. I’ll come here again next time. The service is also super great.

We stayed at the Hiden In hotel in Aranya. Since there were no packages available at this time, we booked the hotel and ski passes separately. However, as it was still the low season, the occupancy wasn't high, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a snow-view suite for free. My husband's birthday was in a few days, and the hotel even decorated the room and sent a cake, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our butler, Elsie, was truly beautiful and kind, attending to our every need with warmth and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. Her arrangements made this trip truly happy and surprising! The hotel's affiliated Shixuechuan ski resort had few people and excellent snow, perfect for beginner skiers like us. The facilities were well-equipped and new, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic – a big thumbs up! There are over a dozen restaurants in the hotel, covering most types of cuisine. We tried several, and the food was pretty good. There's also a pub; I enjoyed mulled wine two nights in a row, which was lovely! Other amenities include hot springs and a children's play center. Soaking in the hot springs on such a cold day was wonderfully warm, and we had the whole place to ourselves, otherwise, I might have been a bit shy.
