The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The separate walk-in closet and two bathrooms were very convenient for a family stay. Although the service wasn't butler-style, the guest service center responded quickly after a phone call. On the day of check-out, they kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time until 2:40 PM due to our return flight schedule, which was very thoughtful. I suggest adding screens to the room windows so guests can open them to sleep, enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view outside, without worrying about mosquitoes.

I originally booked a deluxe twin room for two nights, but when I arrived, the customer service upgraded me to a luxury twin room, which was bigger and even had a bathtub. The front desk staff were all very nice. The hotel bed was also very comfortable to sleep in, and there were plenty of breakfast options. Overall, it was great, and I'll choose it again next time I visit.

The hotel is very close to the Forest Park, the room was comfortable, and the surroundings were excellent. The facilities were high-end, and my kids especially loved the hotel's swimming pool. Breakfast was also abundant. It was a pleasant stay.

The beautiful scenery of the forest park unfolds like a scroll painting. The rooms are spacious, and room service is quick. Dany and Sera at the front desk were warm and attentive. A minor drawback is that the room decor is a bit dated. When I went to swim at 9 AM, the pool wasn't open, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool needs improvement – it had an unpleasant odor.

They also arranged airport pickup, and it's very close to Charming Xiangxi with plenty of dining options nearby. It's a fantastic place, only a three-minute taxi ride directly to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!

The hotel is quite large, with grand and open public areas. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and with multiple dining areas, there’s no crowded queuing, which is great for guests heading out to attractions early. It's not far from the Wulingyuan East Gate, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff are friendly and attentive. This hotel is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Wulingyuan.
