The location is ideal, near to national park and have many food option. Room is ideal for 3 to 4 person. Host helped to plan the itinerary and advised what we can do based on our number of days. Helped to book the ticket at a cheaper rate and also recommended where to eat. Some of the places can even get 12% discount by showing the room card. Housekeeping is good, Replace towels and make the bed. We can get free bottle of water from the reception. When we checked out, they give a fridge magnet as gift.

Amazing time at Wulingyuan! We had a great experience at this hotel! The guy at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. He even offered us a free update to a room with additional amenities. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he provided a lot of useful information about Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie national park. The room was clean and spacious. It has a nice view of the river and the hotel has a great location too. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a restaurant but it is surrounded by several places to eat. It takes around 25 minutes to walk to arrive at the park entrance or 5 minutes by taxi. The checkout is late so it allows us to enjoy the morning before our departure. The owner even gave us a magnet when checking out, he was extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Great staying. The hostess was very helpful in arranging the tickets and planning the trip. The room was very clean and the bathroom very confortable. It's close to a street full of places to eat. Free water bottles!!

Clean, quiet enough to have a good sleep, the receptionist helped us with the itinerary for the ZJJ National Forest Park and Tianmen mountain and bought us tickets for the Fox show. Highly recommend

The BEST hotel. Staff were incredible - Di at reception is a local and a licensed tour guide so he helped us plan our entire trip once we arrived. He has a dictaphone to translate and large paper maps to draw on to make it easy to know what to do. He bought us all park, cable car, entertainment show tickets etc, at slightly lower prices than online too. Super friendly and incredible service as we found it a bit difficult to plan and know what to do in Zhangjiajie as there is just so much to see. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with free laundry facilities and really nice decor. It’s right in the heart of Wulingyuan, which I would definitely recommend to stay in rather than Zhangjiajie town. Very short drive to the national park and a lot of restaurants in the town. We have been travelling for three months and this was the best hotel we stayed in, staff were genuinely incredible.

The room was spotless. The location is excellent, just a short taxi ride from the scenic area entrance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A charming little stream runs right by the entrance, offering beautiful scenery, and you can even go down for a paddle. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to thoroughly explain tips for exploring the scenic area. There's also a third-floor terrace, perfect for drying clothes, which offers fantastic views. This is a truly honest review – we had an absolutely wonderful time!

舒適，乾淨，老闆和店員人也很好，we had a very good stay there, need to pull the luggage there to the hotel , maybe 5 mins but manageable, way back the owner helped us with the luggage too, will stay back this hotel if we hav a chance to go back next time.

Service was excellent. The two person at the reception was very helpful, including giving us clear advice on how to tour the various sight seeing places, provided yhe maps, and we bought the entrance and ride tickets through them. Only small issue is the TV is not working well, it stalls after watching for 10 to 20 mins. Other than that, highly recommended!

The hotel is well located, close to the centre, with multiple services nearby. The staff is super friendly, very trained and helps me in everything. They helped me get my tickets to the park, gave me recommendations and even with a small discount on the price. The room is very good, clean, comfortable but a bit small if it is 2 people and they have a lot of luggage. The hotel priced quality is a very good option. I recommend it.

Perfect location within Wulingyuan surrounded by plenty of local, affordable places to eat. Only a 20 minute walk from the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff were very friendly, helping us to buy discounted tickets and planning four days of activities. They guided us on how best to navigate all the attractions. The hotel also offers free washing and drying facilities. The rooms themselves are very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Zhangjiajie!

The hotel was great, in a good location - they gave us a free upgrade to a better room, which was amazing! However, the biggest upside was the hospitality and insightful tips from the front desk! They organized pick ups and drop offs, bought discounted tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Park and Glass Bridge. They organized everything for us and how to tackle the park in the best way possible. Also, they were always available if we had any requests. Staff was super friendly, always trying to help! We will definitely be back! 🫶🏻♥️🐲⛩️
