Very nice and spacious room. Staff are very kind and nice. Very near tianmen cableway station. Room comes with breakfast buffet. There is also laundry room free for guests. Will stay again when I go back to Zhangjiajie.

We had a pleasant stay at Vienna international Tianmenshan Cableway staffs are helpful & friendly, room hygiene cleanliness excellent! Wish they had a mini fridge it will be perfect!

酒店位置很好，走路去索道站十分鐘左右。酒店很新，房間寬敞漂亮，可以看到索道纜車上下，洗浴用品齊全，有一次性馬桶墊，有化粧鏡。早餐菜品豐富，一樓有免費雪糕。退房超時一小時30元。附近的富正毅三下鍋味道好，分量大，價錢實惠。

酒店離天門山索道不遠，走路不到十分鐘。房間很新，能看到天門山。有天貓精靈控制全屋智能設備，自動馬桶，吹風機是徠芬的，前台和其他工作人員都很好，還送了小孩早餐，下次還會再來！

千挑萬選了這家酒店作為這次旅行的住宿終點站，事實證明與期待大不相符。
首先，入住時，衹給了一張房卡，本能的以為房間不用插電，進房間以後才知道需要插電，就等於我出房間要帶房卡刷電梯，一屋子人就要漆黑等着我，於是給前台打電話，另要了一張房卡，下去的時候正好碰到十樓一位住户，也在吐槽這件事。
其二，房間水限量供應。為了一家人住一起我訂了一個三人間，進房間時放了三瓶水，喝完再問前台要時，前台問是哪個房間，然後告訴我們衹能再給3瓶，因為房間本來就有3瓶，我真是無語，難道別的酒店的房間本身沒有水嗎？人家不限量呢？
其三，房間空調風機噪音比較大，調到最小還是嗡嗡的，還有飛機起飛的聲音，對睡眠質量不好的可能不大友好。
其四，洗手間和浴室很狹小，衹能用捉襟見肘來形容。洗手盆是個台上盆，水龍頭又比較高，用起來往外呲水。
其五，離天門山索道還有一段距離，目測最近的可能是希爾頓歡朋，就在馬路對面，這家酒店還得走個十幾分鍾吧。
説完了不大滿意的，再説説不錯的地方：酒店早餐比較豐富，可選擇餘地比較多，東西也比較新鮮；酒店前台響應比較快。
這一路走過來，四省六市，這家酒店可能是唯一一間不是那麼滿意的……

位置離天門山索道步行十來分鐘吧，不遠。房間挺寬敞，衞生也可以，服務也挺好的，還有免費的老冰棍，就是房間隔音不大好，其他房間早上説話放音樂都聽的很清楚，能早起的應該沒問題，我們當天想多睡會的，被吵醒了好幾次。床頭是固定的，兩個床拼起來頭上會有個空隙，不過不影響睡覺，需要拼床的朋友留意下
