Response from Property: Dear Guest, we sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations! On January 24th, upon check-in, you expressed your wish for a room without the smell of smoke. Since we did not have a non-smoking room available for your Business King Room, we immediately upgraded you to a Deluxe Non-Smoking King Room free of charge. That evening, you reported that the room was too warm, and we quickly delivered a portable air conditioner to you at 11:56 PM. After receiving your follow-up request at 7:15 AM the next day, we immediately coordinated to change your room to a north-facing room and offered other compensation options, all of which you did not agree to. Regarding your compensation request, we are unable to fulfill it due to the hotel's lack of corresponding compensation rules and the fact that the room was occupied for the entire night. We deeply regret that we cannot meet your request. We will continue to refine our facilities and services in the future, hoping to provide you with a better stay in the future. We apologize again and wish you a pleasant stay!

Each room is equipped with two bottles of spring water and a complimentary minibar (three soft drinks and two snacks). Two additional bottles of spring water are provided daily during your stay; any additional bottles will be charged separately. The self-service machine malfunction was indeed an unforeseen event, and our front desk staff immediately retrieved water for you from the storage. Of course, this is simply hotel policy, and I understand your dissatisfaction stems from services outside of this policy. We will certainly learn from this experience, strengthen our training, and improve communication with our guests. In winter, the hotel air conditioning system provides warm air by default, and the cold air mode is not set yet. It is our negligence that we did not inform you in advance.
