住的3號樓空調聲音吵得根本睡不着，風量調到最小了都很吵，一關空調瞬間安靜。房間馬桶圈上還遺留了一次性馬桶墊的粘紙，沒有清理乾淨。帶了不到1.3米的娃，被要求要付半價早餐。

環境挺好的，散散步挺舒服。服務怎麼説呢，從工作人員的工作服設計，能感覺應該是很注重服務的，畢竟也是老牌政要接待的星級酒店，不過真的：服務來説和真正的五星酒店來説還是很有差距！房間有小蟑螂沒關係畢竟是度假區園林風格生態很好，但是十點結束的早餐9：20過去很多都收走了甚至正在收，讓人覺得不太妥當吧。如果説客人沒那麼多，但至少也不要當客人面繼續收吧，而且麪條檔已經停止了，我先生問是什麼辣醬也是非常態度生硬的回覆，在有客人用餐情況下在大聲聊天説話。大廳保潔阿姨的態度我也不説了！另外，問詢總機有沒有小朋友洗漱品和拖鞋，很明顯是不知道的，轉接到客房接聽，説是有小童牙刷但是小童拖鞋沒有這麼小的，實際真正送來小童牙刷也是沒有的。而且接聽電話就説：你、嗯應該是沒有的。一句女士您好都沒有麼。房間遙控器是控制不了的，送來了新遙控器。問詢可否延遲一些退房前台也説的很生硬。怎麼説呢，五星飯店是情懷，但是服務和其他金鷹，白天鵝希爾頓金陵飯店比，真的差太多了！
