環線時無意路過酒店，穿過樹林到達酒店大堂。外出回來時按照導航沒有找到酒店😓#房間設施設施齊全，電暖器、電熱毯都有，救星啊😄#早餐一般般，饅頭雞蛋稀飯😄#停車路邊停車場，方便#服務服務態度超好，東西遺落還給快遞回來，感謝

蒙古包裏是木地板那種乾淨比地毯那種乾淨多了衞生間還給配刷牙紙杯很不乾淨比玻璃的乾淨床鋪幹松不潮有塊透明大玻璃能看到外面很舒服衞生間有窗也要是給配個小電扇就更好了中午有點熱

一進屋地板是木地板的比地毯都乾淨有塊大落地玻璃能看到外面很舒服衞生間有窗户且沒異味刷牙給配紙杯比玻璃杯乾凈床鋪幹松不潮夜裡有電暖器和電熱毯就是中午在給配個小電扇就好了中午熱衞生間在給兩衣架就更好了

訂房前看了評價，還算不錯（衹有2條差評），儘管算是蒙古包裏價格較高的，但還是果斷預訂了。儘管事先對蒙古包的住宿條件預期不高，入住之後也感覺尚可。從優點來講就是在一個美麗的、綠意盎然的山谷，先天環境較好。但第二天離店時卻感覺很差，主要問題有如下幾點：
1、房間熱水器損壞無法洗澡；
2、配套的餐廳服務太差，早上進餐廳服務員就在耳邊嘮叨，甚至有讓客人被訓斥的感覺。帶小孩的多要一個雞蛋都不給，説要額外+10塊錢。早餐，衹有饅頭，粥也是剩米飯的沖的，牛奶就是奶精沖的極為寡淡，奶茶也極味不好吃，稍微倒了一杯底嚐嚐，不想喝倒掉了，服務員就在一瓶嘮叨説浪費了很多。吃完的盤子碗要客人自己收拾。這樣客人無語的是服務人員一直在嘮叨叨叨，一直在要求客人這、要求客人那。鋰電池跟前台反映這個問題，前台説因為餐廳是外包的，所以他們也沒辦法，一副無所謂的樣子。
3、景區裏的娛樂項目，收費不透明。騎馬報價120，但是後面才知道在前台買可以給優惠85，服務員也不説
總體來講，這個景區運營還是非常粗糙，酒店的服務也非常差，辜負了美好的景色！
