是看到酒店當地排行榜很靠前，所以就訂了。 房間很寬敞，前台服務也還可以，衞生也可以接受。衹是酒店入口與酒店走廊有很多台階，拎行李不方便，膝蓋不太好的我走路也不太方便。早餐讓人很失望，不僅品種單調，而且品質不敢恭維，與普通快捷酒店的早飯無差異，與四星級酒店不匹配，與658元/晚的價格不匹配。 另外，酒店很大，走廊很長，走來走去很不方便。

非常棒的一次入住體驗！為了看草原特意選擇了這裏，果然沒讓我失望。酒店員工熱情周到，有問必答。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，晚上特別安靜，睡得很好。清晨被陽光和鳥鳴喚醒，感覺整個人都煥然一新。下次來草原還會選擇這裏！

前台小姐姐服務超貼心，辦理入住速度很快，還主動介紹了附近的遊玩攻略和早餐時間，笑容暖暖的特別有親和力。

這次來張北天保那蘇圖酒店入住，體驗感直接拉滿，尤其要重點表揚前台的蕾蕾小姐姐！從到店開始，蕾蕾就特別熱情周到。我們到的時候稍微早了點，房間還在打掃，她不僅耐心解釋，還主動幫我們寄存行李，推薦了附近超適合拍照的草原小景，連怎麼走、什麼時候光線最好都講得清清楚楚，瞬間讓趕路的疲憊消散不少。辦理入住時動作麻利又細緻，把房間設施、早餐時間、酒店周邊的用餐和遊玩建議都一一告知，條理清晰又温柔，完全沒有不耐煩。酒店本身環境也很棒，房間乾淨舒適，窗外就是開闊的草原景色，住得特別舒心。但最讓人印象深刻的還是蕾蕾的服務，專業又暖心，讓整個旅途都變得更美好了。下次來張北一定還選這家，也希望酒店能給蕾蕾加雞腿呀！強烈推薦～

帶長者來玩的，早飯挺不錯的，風景還可以，空間很大
就是馬桶沖水總是沖不乾淨，房間裏有蚊子，但是沒有驅蚊香，樓道的隔音真的不太好，晚上有人説話聽的一清二楚，所以這點來看不是特別適合長者
