Wir fühlten uns zwei Wochen wie zu Hause, bestens und aufmerksam von der Eigentümerfamilie und ihrer Crew umsorgt. Alles umkompliziert, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wir genossen die Halbpension, auch im Restaurant ist die Chefin sehr präsent und lässt jeden Gast spüren, dass er sehr willkommen ist. Grosser Parkplatz mit einer (gut genutzten) E-Ladestation, ein wunderbar eingerichteter Outdoor-Spa zum Geniessen, vor allem nach langen Wanderungen im Nationalpark. Geräumige, sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bestens für längere Aufenthalte. Klar, das Hotel liegt an der Durchgangsstrasse in Zernez, der Verkehr in der Nacht ist aber kaum störend und die Fenster wären sehr gut schallisoliert. Die Lage ist auch ein Plus, alles im Engadin ist mit ÖV, Auto oder Velo problemlos und einfach erreichbar.

Gut gelegenes Hotel im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll gebaut. Der Empfang und die Einführung ins Hotel war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und die Inhaber sind spürbar.

Eine Gruppe von ca. 100 Senioren und Seniorinnen besuchten das Hotel Bär/Post am 1. Juli bei einem Zwischenstopp und machten Kaffeepause. Alles war gepflegt und machte einen gediegenen Eindruck- sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Gaststätte. Auch der Service stimmte, bis die Bedienung die Konsumation der Gäste berechnete. Sie berechnete für die gleiche Konsumation verschiedene Summen, war unfreundlich bzw. unwirsch, ungeduldig und ließ uns spüren, dass wir keine Einheimischen waren bzw. kaum Schweizer Franken zum Zahlen hatten und nur widerwillig akzeptierte sie die Bezahlung mit Karte.

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ist hier selbstverständlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Spabereich war für unseren Kurzaufenthalt perfekt.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und auch der Spa Bereich kann sich sehen lassen. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Gartenterrasse und sehr schön gemacht mit dem Teich und den Steinen
