I traveled with clutch and to the hotel is simply easy walk. Direct opposite the rail station and near all the restaurants and Coop.
I used the pool and it’s so nice.The breakfast was wonderful (some FOC selection in menu and a good spread in buffet) and they provide afternoon tea too.

職員們的非常熱情，會提供各種協助，包括是否需要接送到2分鐘路程外的火車站 :)
此酒店地點很方便，就在火車站旁邊，於一條小路走約2分鐘就到。附近有coop、麥當勞等，不需要擔心吃飯的問題，亦非常近車站大街，有各種衣服飾品店，也是逛街的好地點。
至於到各景點也是很方便的，酒店小路出口旁就是到Gornergrat的車站及到馬特洪冰川天堂的巴士站，酒店後有一小路，出去後數分鐘就到五湖健行的纜車站。
早餐有很多選擇，味道也不錯。
此酒店有免費SPA及Yoga課程，不過此次旅程行程較趕，沒有嘗試。
是一次非常好的住宿體驗！

在瑞士十幾天住的最滿意的一個酒店，一進門就受到了前台工作人員的熱情接待，酒店門口還有一條大狗狗叫Izzy，非常親人，我兒子和她玩了很久，很開心，可惜第二天她休息沒來酒店，很想她！酒店設施也很贊，有泳池、spa和桑拿，下午3-6點還有免費的下午茶☕️離火車站衹要走2、3分鐘，出行很方便，非常滿意😀

Absolutely beautiful hotel in an equally stunning location. So convenient to the train station and to the Gornergrat mountain rail. Very clean room and excellent amenities in the room and facility. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return. Very helpful and friendly staff to guide us in the right direction around Zermatt.

First time staying at the Schloss Hotel, but certainly not the last.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the bedding is comfortable and the spa and gym are an adequate size. The yoga and pilates classes were superb.
Everything is very well maintained, the breakfast is delicious.
In short, everything went wonderfully well. A big thank you to the whole team.

Very great stay. The staff was very friendly, the room/apartment I had was spacious and well equipped and the washer and dryer in my room was very useful. The breakfast was also wonderful.
The location was extremely convenient. A quick three minute walk from the train station, the bus picks up right at the end of the road and the cog train is also at the end of the road. This literally made everything in Zermatt available to me with just a quick walk.
