Verblijf normaal in andere hotels in Zermatt maar besloot spontaan een dagje te gaan zomerskien op reis van Italië naar Spanje en boekte dit hotel onderweg. De receptie was al gesloten maar ze kwamen speciaal de sleutel brengen om 1 uur ‘s nachts. Mooie eenvoudige kamer, schoon, lekker ontbijt. Tevens mogelijkheid te douchen na het skiën en uitchecken. Dank, kom zeker terug

Amazing Hotel, but gets a 4-star for not having sound proof doors to the rooms, so you can even hear a pin drop outside. Very annoying waking up to sounds and noice during the night and day, in such an otherwise magic hotel.

Can’t beat the location. Lighting was overly complex, and could have really used some kind of low night lighting. Overall it was unique and worth checking out.

Wonderful modern art inspired property. Wherever you look there is something of interest. Property is centrally located just off the main retail lane. Service was exceptional & accurate.very polite & helpful staff. The7 rooms wellness centre was divine.

We recently watched our friend's wedding reception and wow, our first impression was good! The mountain views, the venue had a stunning atmosphere, top notch decor, entertainment, sound system and the food & drinks were spot on. We were determined to consider it for our upcoming spring wedding. But as far as the service aspect goes, it could be better. The coordination of the event could have gone more smoothly. The waiter could definitely use some training in terms of attentiveness & efficiency. The manager in charge seemed a little nervous and unhappy and was oddly trying to keep up with her staff, which looks like an initial briefing would have done good and improved the mood. Despite the stunning interiors of the venue, we have to consider the venue as a last option for our big day because the service could have been better.

The room is cool but the lobby is cooler with the Michelin Star restaurant. The view is magnificent. The spa is one of a kind. The deal breaker is the staff. Starting from receptionist until restaurant manager are not in the position of being the face of such a beautiful property. From the check in process until the dinner time, the staff were not giving us warm welcome. Especially during the dinner time, Margaux is a terrible restaurant manager. Little did we know, the restaurant in the lobby was awarded as 2 Michelin Star Restaurant. Margaux forgot to concern about our allergies we mentioned and kept rushing back to ask something to Chef Flo who looks very patient with everyone. We were thinking that she is some sort of new team member since she looks lost of what she is doing. One of our friends who owned a restaurant in Zermatt told about this restaurant always have problem with new staff because nobody want to stay longer. Unfortunately, Chef Flo wasn’t there when we finished the dinner to give our feedback directly with him, so we asked Margaux if we can meet the manager and awkwardly she said she is the manager. What a surprise! But not a surprise this restaurant lost its star. It’s all about experience not just the amazing food. Apart from her attitude during the dinner, overall our stay were pleasant and will definitely booked the room but not the dinner the Michelin Star restaurant. Regards from Spain

Really wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Zermatt. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Good sized rooms and very well equipped with excellent quality sheet and towels. Loved the outdoor spa area which was very unique and well laid out. Great breakfast and the staff could not be more helpful.
