Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome! Love the DIY freshly squeezed orange juice . Room view is excellent. Room is very clean. Buffet has got sample chilli which is nice. Many types of cheese.

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

The reception staff members are very friendly. The breakfast is superb! The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains. There is a well-equipped open kitchen in the room. However some waitresses at the restaurant always carry a poker face. Our room is on the 4th floor but the lift only reaches the 3rd floor, and so we had to climb some stairs with our luggages.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Arca Solebad & Spa ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

We arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay.

It was nice that it was so close to Zermatt Station. The facilities were clean and nice. It's especially nice because there's a veranda so you can sit outside and enjoy the view. And it was nice that there were dishes, an inverter, and a sink all inside the room.

Close to Grindelwald station. A supermarket is also nearby, which is very convenient. Above all, the front desk is very kind. The room with a view of the Matterhorn was very nice. ,

It was the one with the most satisfactory breakfast and house during my trip to 4 European countries in June. Europe is very expensive now, and the final hotels booked are between 2-4 thousand. The breakfast here is the best, the restaurant has a good environment, a wide variety, delicious bread, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Parents are very satisfied. The Matterhorn can be seen from the balcony of our room. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. It's also only 10 minutes away from the train station. The service is very good, the staff are very nice
