10/10 hotel! Amazing property and amenities. Their attention to detail when it comes to hospitality is top notch. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind. Next time we return to Zermatt we will definitely choose to come back to this hotel!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.

They located the items and informed us that they had them. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we have not received a concrete solution, causing us both financial and emotional distress. We expected much more from a five-star hotel. Communication has been slow and ineffective, and this issue, now ongoing for over eight months, remains unresolved. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this caliber offers such inconsistent service and takes so long to address guests' issues. We cannot recommend Mont Cervin Palace to other travelers until this matter is satisfactorily resolved.
