Pros 1. The room layout is quite unique, with a two-story design that makes full use of the space, and the lower level can be used to organize backpacks. 2. A free washing machine is available, and electric fans are also provided. 3. The price is reasonable. 4. There are common areas on both the first and second floors, and they are quite well-equipped. Cons 1. The soundproofing is not very good, and the TV sound can be heard from outside the door.

We stayed here the night before the Marugame Half Marathon. After comparing prices on multiple websites, we decided on this hostel based on its reasonable price of around ¥10,000 for a family of three, its proximity to the marathon venue, its new facilities, cleanliness, and Japanese-style rooms. We arrived around 9 PM on the day, but the building's distinctive design made it easy to find. Each room is named after a different way of eating udon noodles, and ours was "kamaage" (rice-based udon). (lol) The room is roughly 8 tatami mats in size, more than enough for a family of three, and features a goldfish painting on the wall. The bathroom is shared, but it's clean. The bathroom is a typical residential size. No amenities are provided, so you'll need to bring your own bath towels and pajamas. Toothbrushes are available for ¥30 each. There's a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and kettle. The host drove us to the venue the next day, along with the other runners. m(_ _)m I'd definitely like to stay here again next year.

I was really impressed with this wonderful inn! The room was wonderful and I felt at home, and the toilet and bath were clean and stylish!! The people at the inn were also very kind, and I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!
