Super Hotel, toll gelegen. Zu Fuß in die Stadt und mit den Ski zur Gondel kein Problem ( es gibt sogar einen Ski Shuttle zur Bahn!). Alles immer richtig sauber. Tolle Zimmer, toller Wellnessbereich, super Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres Menü am Abend. Abends gab es auch immer Live Musik!! Auch die Jause mittags war immer spitze: etwas Warmes, Salat, Brot, Dessert. Ein paar Parkplätze am Haus sind kostenfrei vorhanden. Wir hatten immer Glück und immer einen Parkplatz! Das Hotel ist richtig gemütlich, gerade zur Weihnachtszeit richtig schön dekoriert. Service auch top. Vielleicht ein kleines Manko für den ein oder anderen: öfter muss man sich auf Englisch verständigen, weil das Personal teilweise nur Englisch und kein Deutsch spricht. Hier noch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Portionen beim Abendessen waren gefühlt manchmal recht überschaubar. Das Essen war super, aber teilweise kleine Portionen. Dafür gab es aber auch immer mal wieder etwas vom Buffet oder ein komplettes Buffet, da konnte man sich dann richtig satt essen. Auf Allergiker könnte mehr eingegangen werden und auch für Veganer oder vegetarisch essende Personen wird es mitunter schwierig beim Essen. Manchmal gab es keine vegetarische Auswahl, Vegan gab es nie? Für Allergiker könnte man die enthaltenen Allergene in der Karte angeben? Stichwort Sellerie, Gluten usw. Es sollte vielleicht auch glutenfreies Brot beim Frühstück geben? Da die Zimmer mit Teppich ausgelegt sind, zumindest die die ich kenne, ist es für Leute mit Hausstauballergie auch etwas schwierig. Ansonsten alles super!!! Auch mit Hund ein tolles Hotel!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay as always over New Year at the Tirolerhof. The hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the gondola which is perfect for skiing. The rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Spa facilities are also great. Service in the restaurant was first class thanks to Claudio and the other restaurant staff!

Geweldige kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Kamer werd elke dag opgeruimd en van nieuwe handdoeken voorzien wat wij echt niet altijd nodig vinden. Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzame staf en bediening. Wij hebben een bijzonder fijne vakantie gehad .En het is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een familie hotel waar je je als gast gewaardeerd en thuis voelt. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, spreken natuurlijk Duits, maar ook Engels en aan alles is gedacht. Ontbijt erg goed en uitgebreid, fijne, veelal nieuwe kamers, uitgebreide wellness, spa en wisselend muzikaal entertainment rondom Kerstmis. Kleine persoonlijke wensen rondom allergieën of reserveringen of vervoer worden graag geregeld.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The service, the food and accomodation. The Posch family run the hotel expertly and have a very friendly and obliging approach towards all their guests. All the staff were very pleasant and professional.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the owners and all of the staff were extremely polite, helpful and attentive. The rooms were immaculate, well appointed, warm and comfortable. The food was plentiful, well presented and a very good variety to choose from. We could not have picked a better hotel, the owners are very hands on in the running of the hotel and this shows as the day to day running of this hotel is perfect and the staff are all very happy which is a good indicator of a well run establishment. We will definately be back and so look forward to it and would recommend this hotel whole heartedly. What an absolutely lovely way to spend Christmas. Thank you. Das Hotel ist fußgängig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der Fußgängerzone und dem See.
Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemütliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber.
