Trotz guter Lage und Zimmer ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Der Preis ist für den miesen Service zu hoch, kein Personal vor Ort, kein Ansprechpersonal, kein Getränke- oder Speiseangebote. Nur Frühstück. Beim Frühstück war am zweiten Tag keine Butter und kein Brot da. Leider muss man in Vorkasse gehen, was ich als Dummenfang empfinde. Zu hoher Preis.

The food and drinks were very nice, but the middle-aged waiter acted as if he would have preferred to do without us 4 grown men. Several times he asked if we wanted wine even though we had only chosen beer, and when paying he very strongly encouraged us to add 5% in tips which we felt compelled to do. We will never come again.

Your review  Seehotel Bellevue Zell am See 2024-05-07 21:19:25 1.0 Very poor quality and service received for this Hotel Liked · The room had insects and the back rooms backed on a dirty hill, which can be very dangerous in heavy rain and could cause a landslide. Disliked · Insects were crawling on the bed and on the floor when I told the assistant manager she told me this is normal for Austria i asked her to moved us to a different room my request was declined, I wanted to check out and go to a different hotel but the Assistant manager refused to refund back my money.

Excellent, calm, stylish and trendy hotel right by the Zeller See. Private beach accross the street. Great lake and mountainviews. Restaurant and bar on premises. Spa as well (no pool). Excellent food at the resgaurant and all necessary amenities in the room.

Simply wonderful! The location directly on the lake, the attentive and professional service, and the Areitbahn ski-lifts in the vicinity are a huge plus. And then the food… oh my! It was DELICIOUS!!!!!! We took half bord and had a different menu every night. Well worth a Michelin star. We were a party of 11 coming from Italy, Ireland, Germany and Finland. We were all in Heaven! Bravo Familie Schnell!
