We found this place that looked nice at first sight. The room they gave us had almost 40 mosquitoes inside, flying around the whole night. The bathrooms door never existed, so you were doing your stuff with some viewers. The started to fill up the swimming pool, so no one of the rooms had water. A friend was having a shower and surprisingly they gave us a bottle of 5 liters to end it. Every morning we ordered the food at 7 am as we had to leave for a tour, but every day a cooked egg and a yogurt was delivered at 8am. In conclusion, for this amount of money, threat better yourself.

Toller Blick vom Hotel
Das Hotel mit der wohl besten Aussicht auf die Pyramiden, so schätze ich und alle Tourguides die Lage ein, wenn man das Hotel erstmal gefunden hatte. Das Personal war immer bemüht, unsere Wünsche, sei es nach Essen oder Getränken zu erfüllen.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war einfach aber ausreichend. Sicherlich hätte ich mir manchmal etwas mehr an Auswahl gewünscht, doch es passte auch so.
Für afrikanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sauber, auch wenn z. B. eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung die Situation entschieden verbessert hätte.
Sehr hervorzuheben ist der kleine, aber immer gut gereinigte Pool.

Great hotel for family vacation, looks right at the pyramid (great view and perfect for pictures especially at sunset), clean room, friendly staff, great looking rooms, nice pool, you'd enjoy hanging out there at night, great for family and couples, great getaway from all life distractions.

We booked an apartment for 5 nights and requested airport shuttle at time of booking - we walked out after the 1st night. There was no airport shuttle so we caught a taxi and they had trouble finding the place. They put us in a room with 2 single beds, 1 of the beds fell apart. There was no fridge in the room as advertised and they only put one in after I enquired about it. We asked for the free WiFi password and they said they’d get back to us in 10min - they never got back to us and my phone was not picking up any WiFi signal. The room was full of mosquitoes and the bed linen was dirty. There is no restaurant, just a sitting area and they said if we order food it will take at least an hour to get there. There was a bar near the pool but it didn’t have a single drink anywhere near it. The room was not clean, the shower did not work properly and leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was a tiny omelette with bread, honey and jam, to be eaten without any cutlery. They asked if we would like coffee, we said yes but 45mins later and still no coffee…..We tried to get an Uber to go find food but 3 drivers cancelled on us so we walked about 15mins to find a taxi as there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. We got the taxi and decided to go book in to another hotel. When we returned for our things there were no staff around to hand the key into or ask for the rest of our money back. The only positives of this place was the view of the pyramids and the pool which just aren’t enough considering all the negatives. Judging by the layout of the hotel I don’t think the apartment actually exists and most of the property photos are fake.

A to mógłby być taki fajny wyjazd. Fajny widok. Ale całą reszta to wielka katastrofa. Osobne pokoje dla mnie i chłopaka. Obsługa to kilku młodych ludzi, którzy łazili za nami jak cień. Tylko żeby się nie odwiedzać w pokojach. Bałam się ich. Wszędzie pełno kotów i pokoje zimne i śmierdzące kocimi szczynami. Zimna woda

This hotel is truly Egyptian…. It is not neatly finished and the service sometimes takes a long time. You have to ask for some things a few times: toilet paper, towels. But they do their best and really want to arrange things for you. In any case, we had a great time with our three children. Don't worry and take your time, and you will have a really great holiday. The view of the pyramids is amazing! A very big plus! WiFi is fine at the pool, but be careful in the pool: our blonde children now have a green glow in their hair. If you go out: the hotel is very remote. Take a card from the hotel with you, otherwise taxis and Ubers will not be able to find it.
