The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00
And no wifi in the rooms

Arrivés à l’hôtel le jour de la réouverture ( après avoir été fermé tout l’hiver), nous avons été accueilli comme des princes! Même si tout les services n’étaient donc pas opérationnels , tout le personnel a fait son maximum. Nous avons extrêmement bien mangé, des produits frais et variés. Mention particulière aux supers animateurs Mirou et Tigana qui se sont admirablement bien occupés de nos enfants ( 11 et 13 ans) et de nous!

C'était super . Bon séjour. On y mange très bien . Buffet variés . Les animateurs sont d'un gentillesse au top . Le personnels aussi est formidable . Hâte les prochaines vacances a zarsis au Zéphir . Il y a beaucoup de choses a faire du quad du dromadaire. Du cheval . On peut aller au centre ville en calèche également

Je recommande c'est un très belle hôtel la propreté rien à redire avec une équipe aux petits soins là chambre triple très spacieuse là literie très agréable il y a un buffet bien fourni il y en a pour tout les goûts mes sœurs et moi avons passé un super sejour encore merci aux animateurs Amirou et Tiguana j'ai beaucoup aimé leur spontanéité et surtout la soirée latino

C’est la première fois pour nous a ZARZIS avec mes deux soeurs nous sommes Tunisiennes et c’est une expérience qui a été juste magnifique , l’hotel est propre les chambres nettoyer plus qu’il n’en faut , le personnel est trop gentil et professionnel, les animateurs trop gentils et professionnels , les serveurs du restaurant disponible et réactif, les repas sont majestueux, goûteux et surtout trop trop bon . La piscine intérieure thermal avec son jacuzzi trop reposant, la piscine extérieure grande avec ces oasis une vue splendide et reposante. La plage privée a 1 minute nous avons eu cette chance d’avoir le beau temps . On reviendra c’est certain merci a toute l’équipe et surtout aux animateurs MIROU et TIGANA pour cette ambiance de dingue . Merci
