El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. A minutos de a pie de todo el casco histórico de la ciudad y del barrio El Tubo donde se encuentran los bares. La habitación en perfectas condiciones, el desayuno va bien y la atención de sus empleadas de primera.

Beaucoup de points faibles dans cet hôtel : l'hôtel est difficile à trouver, malgré le flèchage,. La chambre, exiguë, donnait sur une cour intérieure minuscule. On ne voyait pas le ciel.... Propre, sans plus, un peu défraîchie (éclats dans l'email de la baignoire, meuble sous lavabo en piteux état, bas de tour de porte gondolé par l'eau, pas de joint de pare-douche... ) Rien de catastrophique mais un ensemble de détails défavorables. Ni réfrigérateur, ni micro-onde, ni bouilloire. Dommage... Le parking (17,50€ par jour) est très malpratique, la porte d'entrée est difficile à trouver, la place est très petite et difficile d'accès. L'ascenseur donne dans l'entrée d'un autre immeuble et il faut ensuite traverser la cour pour accéder à l'hôtel. Les points forts: le personnel d'accueil est charmant, l'hôtel est bien situé, près des cathédrales et des rues commerçantes. Il n'est pas très cher. Il dispose d'un parking. Une fois la voiture garée, on est idéalement placé pour découvrir cette jolie ville de Saragosse.

Hotel muy céntrico, habitación pequeña pero todo muy limpio, pero al lado de la basílica del pilar y la calle del Tubo que no conociamos, ideal para conocer el centro y pasear por sus calles con mucha oferta de ocio y restauración, ideal para moverte a pie

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Hispania ha sido fabulosa. Localización inmejorable, a un par de minutos de la Basílica del Pilar, el tranvía pasa por la misma puerta y tiene una parada a 1 minuto. Todo muy limpio, aún sin dejar las toallas para cambiar tuvieron el detalle de cambiarlas. Personal muy amable. Silvia, la responsable de las reservas, estupenda. Volvemos en par de semanas.

Buscábamos un hotel a mitad de camino para descansar una noche de un largo viaje en coche. Elegimos este por su buena ubicación, ya que la intención era aprovechar y hacer un poco de turismo ese día sin coger el coche y también por su precio. Eso es lo que obtuvimos, una habitación correcta, muy básica pero con cama cómoda, con 0 vistas ya que daba a un patio interior pero silenciosa. Solicitamos una habitación en los pisos superiores por ver la calle y nos indicaron que estaban completos, nos decepcionó un poco porque habíamos reservado el hotel a primeros de julio para ir en septiembre, pero bueno. El personal, sobre todo el recepcionista de noche es muy amable.

Hotel muy cerca de la plaza del Pilar, lo único bueno la ubicación. Fuimos con un bono regalo y nos dieron una habitación pequeña y estrecha , cuando el hotel no estaba ni mucho menos lleno. El secador no funcionaba bien, Desy lo teníamos incluido pero NO vale la pena, muy pero que muy básico. Resumiendo no es la primera vez que nos pasa , me da rabia que te hagan un regalo que les ha costado 100€ más o n suplemento que pagamos de 20€ y luego te den la peor habitación que tienen en la 1• planta . Lo de los bonos regalos es un timo, además siempre son pegas para reservar. Habitación 131

Perfect accommodation for location and service. The continental breakfast is complete and the coffee is prepared very delicious, it is not coffee from a buffet machine. The girls at the reception are very friendly and let us leave our suitcases until the night we left so we could continue sightseeing throughout the day.
