Las almohadas son espantosas, el colchón igual no descansas para nada pero eso no es lo peor, el cuarto tenía cucarachitas pequeñas unas muertas y otra viva un asco no vuelvo a quedarme háganse un favor y no se hospeden ahí En la mañana se supone te incluye café era temprano y no había nada de café sin servicio en cafetería sé que es un hotel barato pero mínimo que tengan los servicios que ofrecen y lo principal limpieza de animales 🫤

Desgraciadamente la calidad y limpieza de este hotel está tan bajo como un motel de paso, el baño 🚽 estaba orinado y con manchas fecales y las sábanas tenían manchas como de sangre 🩸 deslavada. No quiero ser tendencioso en mi opinión pero he visto la evolución de este hotel porque lo he visitado esporádicamente y ya no vale ni pagar 100 pesos. Saludos

El hotel con el mejor precio de la zona, amplio estacionamiento y muy bien ubicado al ingresar a Guadalajara cuando vienes por carretera… Buen servicio por parte del personal del hotel, cuenta con Internet y en las mañanas y tardes te dan cafe de cortesia y tienen maquinas expendedoras por si tienes algun antojo o olvidaste algun producto basico.

Nula amabilidad y espíritu de servicio en la recepción, llegué 14:56, no había absolutamente nadie esperando, pero me dijeron que me formara y esperara hasta las 15:00 viendo cómo los tres elementos de recepción no hacían nada! Pésima primera impresión lo importante está en los detalles.

Olvide dos objetos, un escapulario y una tarjeta hice cuatro llamadas, en tres de ellas diferentes recepcionistas me confirmaron que tenian en su poder las dos cosas que solo esperara que el gerente les permitiera el envío a mi domicilio, la última llamada me dicen que ya no tienen la tarjeta, solo el escapulario

Desde el momento en que llegué me recibieron un grato servicio, un check-in eficiente (mi empresa pagó y ya tenían identificado el pago) y seguro (presenté mi INE). Habitación cómoda y el estilo me gustó. La limpieza fue muy buena todos los días por parte de la camarista, y en general el personal fue siempre amable. Se podría decir que utilicé todos los servicios que ofrecen, tenían café en la mañana y en la noche, dos máquinas vending, y la lavandería sin costo que me salvó. Lo recomiendo mucho.
