One entrance is the lobby, the second entrance is the restaurant and accommodation, the third entrance is the accommodation, and the fourth entrance is a small garden. Swan Lake Hotel is really the only existence in the ancient city of Taierzhuang. The hotel manager gave fruit intimately, and also presented a souvenir when leaving the store. Shandong pancakes, fried dumplings and spicy peanuts. Although we came and went in a hurry, the service and experience of Swan Lake Hotel was unforgettable.

The most relaxing stay. Before check-in, the front desk lady called to inform us of the parking location and where to buy tickets. The hotel also has a car to pick us up, which made it easy for us to check in. After arriving at the hotel, the staff was also very considerate to check in and guide us to the room. The hotel was booked for the Zaozhuang concert. The location is very good. The stadium is within walking distance. It is close to the mall for eating and shopping. The underground parking lot is shared with the mall. Free parking is available by scanning the code when checking out. The check-in speed in the lobby is relatively slow (but snacks are given), and the lobby manager with glasses provides good service. Two small comments: 1. The room hygiene needs to be improved. There are water stains and fingerprints on the power switch, and there are a lot of dust and hair. There are draft texts left by previous guests on the back of the hotel introduction paper on the desk. 2. The breakfast is rich, but there are no wontons around 9:00 (closed at 10:30). Western dishes such as breakfast salad and roasted pumpkin are well received.
