4.6/5
Outstanding
AAgnes RusianaIt was a good place for a large group to stay.
The water supply is very good, amenities as well.
It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city.
Areas for improvement:
Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in.
We waited quite a long time to attend.
The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time.
The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable.
Words of appreciation to the management:
We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking.
We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city.
Overall, the place is still recommended.
I will consider it in the future and include to
Plan the transportation.
Thanks Arkas apartelle management.
IIanMcPWhen I last visited the Ever O business hotel I thought it was a great place to stay but oh how has the quality dropped. After booking on line on arrival, even though I had booked in for 5 nights I was offered a windowless cave like room. To get a room with windows I had to pay an additional 1200 pesos. Previously the room rate included breakfast but this time it was an additional charge. Previously the room had a bar fridge but this time to have a fridge was an additional 300 pesos a night. The biggest insult was the soap offered in the bathroom . It was so tiny it could hardly be seen. Literally one wipe over the body and it disappeared . Similarly with the toilet roll. Most toilet rolls have a minimum of 150 sheets. The rolls offered had 50 sheets and very hard to get replacements. The saddest part was the five cock roaches killed in the first hour of occupying the room. Sadly the only thing that allows me to give it a 3 rating is the staff.
GGuest UserWe picked this hotel because it is the highest rated hotel in Zamboanga City in TripAdvisor and there were no horrible comments. That’s really not a compliment for the city. The highest rated hotel in Zamboanga is, sadly, average to below average. It was not a bad experience, but it was not impressive. What’s good is that the hotel runs like a real one. People are polite and accommodating, the room we were given was clean, the sheets while not new-looking were clean and clean-smelling. However, it’s dated and it just has to pay attention to things that travellers like my family will see very negatively, like holes and stains on the curtains, stains on the carpet, the need to re-grout the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was average, if not lacking. In my experience, the addition of breakfast longganisa and arroz caldo could up the breakfast experience significantly. If this amazing city wants more tourists from Manila and even other countries, it has to have a hotel that gives an excellent experience. With the kind of good service it gives, this hotel can be an excellent one. Good luck and I hope the hotel takes this review as a positive challenge.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located along Jaldon Street in Zamboanga City. You can easily go to places like the airport, shopping malls (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), the barter trade at Canelar, and City Hall. You can actually walk from the hotel to City Hall or perhaps the Gov. Lim Boulevard. The hotel can be very crowded as it is a popular venue for many events including parties and seminars. The rooms are okay considering the pricing. The linen and towels are old so I hope the hotel acquires new linen and towels even for the lower priced rooms. Our rooms didn't have windows so it's difficult to tell whether the weather outside is fine. The TV works but has limited channels. The breakfast buffet is average but sufficient. The staff are helpful but sometimes appear to be overwhelmed as they attend to many people.
MMutaco90The hotel was nice. I remember staying in the hotel decades ago when I was a child, so it was nostalgic. The hotel is relaxing and nice. The rooms (we stayed in the new building) we clean, nice and modern. The TVs were a bit basic though.
The restaurant has very long wait times but the food was really tasty. Unfortunately we actually saw a massive rat run past us in the restaurant. It weirdly didn't bother us too much though.
I'd still recommend staying at the hotel. It's conveniently close to the city and the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
AAnonymous UserOur original booking was for January 2023 but due to thunderstorm and flood in zamboanga we cancelled our trip and requested to move it, for the 2nd time request of booking modification hotel still allowed us to rebook even though booking policy is non changeable and non refundable ❤️
The hotel is walking distance to canelar barter which great and walking distance to family fried chicken to grab delicious dinner.
Bed is comfortable and new but the restroom needs to be repaired or should be well maintained. There is no room decoration such as painting or even lampshade to make it cozy 😅 TV has cable but bad reception, wifi - is I think a must in a hotel they have it but very weak and unstable in room.
For breakfast, they serve it plated and only one menu per breakfast. I think they should have selectiona for those picky eaters.
When you book with trip.com they wouldn't see your booking as booked by trip. Com you may ask them to check ******* booking
For it's price exterior, location and bed is better compared to the other hotels in the area but maybe next time we'll try the other hotels with better amenities 😊❤️
Jjsun1The hotel is located in a busy city, shopping and eating is convenient. A bit far from the airport. You can take 70 pesos on a tricycle. I didn't have a peso at the time. The police uncle helped me with the tricycle driver and spent a dollar to the hotel. The front desk service was not bad, and the room given was not listed online. The guard led to the nearby building. There was no window in the room, and it was requested to change the window. It took an hour to get it. The room is very spacious, the health is not bad, the building is very old. The shower is a family-style electric shower. It is equivalent to the level of hotel guest houses in China. The noise outside the window is too loud. The cars that run are jeepnets or trucks. The population density of Zamboanga is too high, and it is estimated that there will be no quiet hotel wherever you live.
NNoelyn RoxasOur stay in Two Seasons Executive Suite is good experience. Though there are some concerns in their facilities such as no available tables and chairs. Imagine, how did we ate our food? Anyway, I would like to suggest that next time they should add up some furniture, table and chairs. Regarding with the service, it's quite good but upon checking in - I think there's a problem occurred which I clearly booked online 3 days and 2 nights, yet they ask if are we going to extend our stay. Meaning, in checking-in they only charge us for 1 night. So, improve the management skills for easy transaction. FOOD? I am not sure if they have offer food, but in our stay we didn't avail.
I recently had a surprise birthday celebration organized by my family at LM Hotel on September 17. It was a fun and memorable experience, and I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. I paid the bill in full via credit card and even left a generous tip to acknowledge the hard work of the servers. However, a week later, I discovered that my credit card had been overcharged. I immediately contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, but what followed was a frustrating experience. I was put on long holds, transferred between departments, and was repeatedly told the issue was due to the bank. Despite their promises to refund the excess charges, weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive any resolution. While the celebration itself was great, LM Hotel’s lack of honesty and accountability in handling the billing issue has left me feeling cheated. It’s disappointing that what should have been a simple fix has turned into an ongoing problem. A hotel that prides itself on service should ensure that their financial dealings are just as professional and transparent as their hospitality. What a SHAME! To all patrons, i hope you will check your bank transactions with this establishment. Who knows you might be another victim of this unfortunate scheme! BEWARE!
