Hotel Familia

An older hotel, a little dated but with a very friendly, attentive team and it's very clean. Since our room had a great view but unfortunately faced the street, we asked if a change was possible. They looked into it straight away but unfortunately it wasn't possible until the next day as that category was fully booked. The next morning we were able to change rooms straight after breakfast. Really great, quick service and thank you, then I could sleep. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was sufficient; the spreads were particularly good, as were various types of bread and juice from the vending machine. There's an indoor pool which is very nice in the basement with arcades and a small sauna. We would like to emphasize the very friendly, attentive staff again; we felt welcome and very comfortable and will come back.
