Wir waren einige Tage in diesem Hotel. Abgesehen dass es Samstags durch die vielen Kinder sehr Laut war fanden wir es angenehm. Jedoch am ersten Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gemacht. Ich meldete das, bei der sehr netten Dame, die mir erklärte dass das Reinigungspersonal nicht mehr im Hause sei. Sie dies jedoch weitergeben werde. Die nächten Tage war das Zimmerservice zwar da, jedoch wurde weder der Tisch noch die Rotweingläser gereinigt. Die Betten nur etwas zurechtgestreift. Der Gastrobereich war sehr gut!

Wir waren über Silvester in diesem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, vor allem die Wasserwelt war toll und wir haben die einzelnen Pools sehr genossen. Das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war reichlich und gut, man findet immer etwas, das schmeckt. Leider gibt es auch Minuspunkte: die Zimmerreinigung funktioniert leider gar nicht, nach 4 Tagen hatten wir eine dicke Staubschicht auf der Minibar und den einzelnen Ablagen. Es wurden eigentlich nur die Betten gemacht. Am Tag vor der Abreise wurden noch die Handtücher getauscht - für mich absolut nicht notwendig! Wir hatten am 31.12. ein "GalaDinner". Dies war enttäuschend, es war eigentlich ein "Buffet". Da wir den letzten Tisch zugewiesen bekamen, waren einige Speisen bereit vergriffen - es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Es gab außerdem ein Gedränge - jeder wollte der Erste sein. Bei einem Dinner hätte ich eigentlich erwartet, dass serviert wird. Es sollte auch eine Tombola geben- unser Tisch wurde geflissentlich übersehen - hier saßen ja nur "Ausländer". Informationen wurden auch nur auf ungarisch gegeben nur auf Reklamation erhielt man diese in Deutsch.

Surely not a 4 star hotel, not even 3...
This hotel is supposed to be one of the top notch hotels in Zalakaros, besides Radisson Park Inn, yet it's very far from that level. Staff was neutral when we checked-in, we didn't feel that we were welcome at all, we didn't even get a single smile from any of the staff members during our stay, they barely even wanted to greet us back. The food was very disappointing, I can say terrible. We've stayed countless times at wellness hotels in Hungary in thermal towns, yet had never encountered such unfriendly - not rude, just totally careless - staff, so bad, tasteless food with such few choices, at every other hotels there were at least 4-5 main courses which of at least some were for sure to everyone's likeing. Meanwhile here they obviously used reminder food from breakfast (such as ham, bacon), etc. Breakfast was equally super limited and disappointing. They should have a egg-station, where warm egg dishes are frwshly made. There were two new super high tech robots (a server at the bar, and another at the lobby, both out of order, so we couldn't even find out the purpose/ function of the latter one).
Cleanliness was spotless, besides that there was nothing special in the room, SPA was absolutely great. But that's it about the good points. There was no any amenities in our room, when we asked for a shower cap at the reception, the receptionist simply replied they didn't have any, no further words, such as "we are so sorry Sir, we just ran out" or anything like that.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a hotelben. A wellness tágas volt, a szobánk nagy és fürdőkádas volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt, az ételek kiemelkedően finomak voltak.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber das Personal in Service und Rezeption sehr freundlich außer im Badebereich (Bademeister) unfreundlich und hämisch nur freundlich zu Ungarische Leuten! Die Massage war Top Deto das Essen. Preis-Leistung war Top. Einfach ein toller Urlaub komme sicher wieder.

A szálloda minőségi kialakítása megfelel a 4*-nak, az étteremben kifejezetten jók voltak az ételek, az itt lévő személyzet is kedves volt. Sajnos ugyanez a többi alkalmazottra már nem volt elmondható. Udvariatlan, frusztrált, sőt még kioktató stílusban beszélő személyzettel is akadt dolgunk. Kifejezetten kellemetlen tapasztalat volt, hogy a wellnes részen bizonyára egy gépészeti hiba miatt hidegek voltak a medencék, ugyanakkor 24 óra elteltével sem sikerült kijavítani a hibát, másnap ugyanolyan hideg volt a víz. Ráadásul a szobában sem volt megfelelően meleg a víz.
A franciaágy kényelmes, viszont a kihúzható kanapé túl kemény.
A személyzet vagy fiatal és tapasztalatlan, vagy frusztrált. Sajnos kifejezetten érezhető volt a vezető hiánya, aki kezelni tudta volna a jogos vendégpanaszokat.

My review is about the Spa not the hotel. I went there for a massage with my friend. I was sure that we will have a quality time for the higher price we paid. (Compare to other massage places) However we felt a bit strange the whole experience was weird. Me and my friend got separated, I was led to room my friend was led to a gym room or similar with a massage bed in it. There were no music, no candles, no mood really. The masseur ladies were very nice but seemed unexperienced or maybe they were students. I felt that her movements were not finished or something was missing. When I was listening carefully I could hear a radio speaking in the other room. The whole experience was very odd. I was expecting better experience for the higher price they asked for.
