Very friendly host, fine breakfast served on private terrace, spacious room with a very good bed, ground floor therefore cool all day long, we didn't need the AC. Wonderful sandy beach right in front, unrestricted view from the rooms apart from 5 palm trees each 8 m high, planted by Nicks grandfather, clear water, no jellyfish, nevertheless calm. Very good restaurant next door with interesting variations of greek standard, many others within walking distance. Best place in Zakynthos, far away from Laganas. Overall more like visiting a friend.

Just returned from a family holiday St Johns villa’s,. Everyone of the staff are fantastic and a asset to St Johns. As everyone, a long over due break is what our family needed, 2 weeks chilling in the sun is what everyone works hard all year round for. We booked a 3 bedroom villa with Jet2, it didn’t disappoint, it was clean, spacious fully air conditioned, own pool, what more do you need on this beautiful island. The walk down to Tsilivli is about 10-15 mins downhill, which isn’t to bad to be fair, lots of amazing restaurants and bar’s to enjoy the night. We always walked back up the hill, if you have issues walking I would advise a taxi, plenty available. I honestly think is just what we all needed after been stuck at home for 2 years. First time in Laganas hotel is just on the main ***** but isn’t affected by the noise fromIt’s very calm and relaxed. Rooms and towels changed and cleaned daily. All inclusive food is absolutely brilliant really enjoyed it. Very fresh and lots to choose from. Staff are very friendly reception girls couldn’t do enough for you very friendly. Bar staff Chris,Dennis,Nichos great lads. Only issue I booked with EasyJet they don’t explain the fact there is budget rooms and Superior Rooms. We got placed in budget but I showed reception girls the photos EasyJet advertised and she kindly upgraded us. All in all great little base for exploring the island. Only downfall not much entertainment or even TV around the pool/bar to see any sport or anything on.

This hotel is very good, including dinner, until 10 o'clock in the evening, a lot of trouble. On the way to pick up the car from the car rental agency, the uncle of the car rental agency asked us where we live. After we talked about it, he said ”very good choice”. The hotel is very clean, and across the restaurant is the beach, where the kids are very happy. Recommend friends who bring children to Zha Island to stay. Just listen to the side of the road at the door. The whole Zakynthos feels clean and tidy. This impression starts from the arrival of the airport. The airport is spotless, very new and very clean. This hotel is very cost-effective, and the waiters are also very good. One thing to remind, this hotel’s breakfast, fried eggs and sausages are per capita, and the waiter will come up and ask you what you want to eat after you are seated. You need to know a little English. Choose the same from the options she provides, free of charge. Yes, don’t get me wrong. Ah, I miss the days there.

This accommodation is fantastic. We stayed in a superior room which was modern and had amazing sea views and a comfy bed. Both Yannis’ were great hosts and were able to sort out car hire and airport transfers for us. The pool always had sun beds available and was never overly busy. Although the accommodation is slightly out of town. It’s an easy walk down hill into the centre with plenty of cabs to take you back.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, but at least there are fried eggs, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, cereals and juices, which can meet the basic needs of the Chinese people. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, there was no room left, I could only wait for someone to check out, but the hotel said that I could go to the restaurant for breakfast, but it was more humane. The location of the hotel is in the mountains, so you must consider renting a car when you come to live, otherwise you will feel that it is difficult to move.

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Also, there’s no parking. The bathroom in the room is extremely small, with brackish water. Amenities were never replenished. The air conditioning didn't have enough power to cool the room, and the safe didn't work either. We were relieved to leave.

A new hotel in town of Zakynthos in front of the sea and a few seconds from the centre of town ( by foot). Excellent rooms ,exciting perfum and smells everywhere,all over the hotel!!!!! Moreover a very clean accomodation with minimal and beautiful decoration. The breakfast was delicious and the best coffe that i;ve ever had in hotel. The staff was gently and i would really like to stay there again and again.

Fantastic stay here, the hotel rooms are gorgeous, managers are always on hand and really helpful but also super lovely always looking to make those extra special treats or super thoughtful gestures that make your stay magical. Super close to airport but also easy to get everywhere but also felt like an idyllic slice of heaven, hidden jewel with the perfect attitude to hospitality that sets them above the rest!

Firstly, most of the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic esp. the bar/wait staff. Very friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. Unfortunately, we found one of the receptionists to be less so. Felt that she would continuously go back on what she had previously said, and would make little comments on why things had not been done or provided. Was asked if we really needed extra pillows when the room was booked for three people and only had pillows provided for two. Also, when asking for more toilet roll as housekeeping hadn’t provided any, was told toilet roll was expensive and how much would we be willing to pay. Felt like she was trying to be funny when it just came across as rude. The rooms themselves were not as we expected them to be. Were placed in the annex (which was fine) but the rooms were not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We had two rooms; one with two people and one with three. The rooms are not meant to accommodate three people as they are very small. The third ‘bed’ was a pull out drawer from the double bed which was not suitable for an adult. Even though the room had been clearly booked for three people, there were only pillows, cups and other items for two. The bathrooms in the rooms gave absolutely no privacy as in one room only had frosted glass walls facing into the room, one of which had saloon style doors with a big gap between them. The showers themselves had no doors and were instead more like wet rooms which made the entire bathroom wet and slippery when having a shower. We were informed when we checked in that the hotel had recently been refurbished but saw no evidence of this in the rooms. The mirrors had duct tape on, one shower leaked into the room, there was a screw missing from the balcony among others. Whist staying at the hotel, there was unfortunately a fire in the field next to the hotel only a stones throw away from the pool. Despite many people informing the receptionist (the same one as above) that she should activate the fire alarm to evacuate the building (due to the fire being so close and the presence of smoke) she did not do so and even stated that she didn’t know how to. The alarm was eventually activated by another member of staff. This was a big concern as many of the occupants of the hotel were young families and caused us to have serious doubts regarding the quality of health and safety at the hotel. Thankfully the fire was attended to extremely quickly by the local fire department following a call by a local and no injuries sustained. I do have to say that we were very impressed by Jet2Holidays as three of their representatives came to the hotel and answered any questions people had whilst ensuring everyone was ok during the incident. All in all, we were not impressed by the hotel and would not choose to stay there again. However, the food and drink provided was excellent with a good selection everyday, and the evening entertainment was really good.
