I was nice room was clean but it was really far from town center and we couldn’t find the reception because it was in other hotel other then that all was very good

We had a fantastic stay at Karras Livin in Zakynthos! The apartments are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed. Bellissima esperienza in un posto comodissimo, un appartamento bello pulito, dove si sente a casa sua, Tutto è vicino,il mare è a 100 m mentre la strada principale è a 150 m , Rapporto qualità prezzo 10/10, Se volete essere comodi, vicini a tutto, risparmiare, e lontani da classici hotel , vi lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Do not book if you want a nice stay
This hotel is really bad.
- AC did not work
- the bed sofa was broken
- out last night the water ended and they did not repair that until the day after. This means that we could not shower, go on the toilet or take care of the dishes during the evening, night and morning
- they did not clean every day until we told them to (according to the booking they should clean every day)
- tv remote did not have any battery
- it’s a hotels close to the beach and not even a small dust pan or something to remove the sand. It was sand everywhere…
- only one chair at the balcony (we were three in the booking)
- no information that we needed to pack dish brush or detergent
- the pool area was dirty
- it’s party in every room until 5,6,7 in the morning
