Very good experience. The front desk staff of the hotel patiently helped me solve all my problems. The service was thoughtful and the room was clean. My arrival time was relatively late. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel contacted a taxi to pick me up at the airport for free. Since I booked two different room types, the hotel finally upgraded me to the same room type for my convenience. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. 😁

Zoals jullie kunnen lezen in mijn eerdere beoordeling, ons verblijf afgelopen juli 2024 in hotel Avalon in Zakynthos verschrikkelijk is geweest. Ik heb een mail gehad van de directie van Avalon met de mededeling dat het hun speet en dat ze contact met mij zouden nemen. Jullie raden het al, tot op heden niemand gehoord. Ik zal het nog eens benoemen, het hotel is verouderd, alles is gedateerd. Zeker geen 4* waard!

Secured a room on short notice after original plans fell through and was happy with our stay. The pool and its view were wonderful. Breakfast was great and staff were kind. Decor was a bit outdated and the hotel is up a hill - otherwise, all good.

Can’t beat the beautiful view of Zante town and the water!!! Staff very friendly and helpful! Quiet spot but convenient location to travel around island with a car. Bathrooms could use a renovation, mini fridge worked but door broken.
